We just needed to stay close to the Airport to catch an early flight home, and this place was great.

We had to check out early to catch our flight, so we did not get to try the breakfast, but the room was very clean and very comfortable. I would stay here again if I needed a room in Knoxville, TN.

A bit chaotic !

Dogs left in the room to bark all day long! ( not to mention at night)I was told this was something they were working on??? We were there from Monday through Friday they are correct it is just like home; I have no one to straighten rooms, bring clean towels, more soap or toilet paper at home either.

The hotel was clean and it is a new building. The staff was friendly but seemed inexperienced with how to run the hotel smoothly. The room was very nice and accommodating for my family.

The hotel seemed to be short staffed and the employees they did have seemed inexperienced. I wanted to have a quick breakfast before getting back on the road. We were not able to find much to eat even though we come down for breakfast at 8 AM. Breakfast isn’t over until 10. They ran out of waffle mix. There was hardly anything else to choose from except for cereal. Most of the guests were complaining out loud and when I went to the breakfast bar, the other guests were telling me about how everything had run out and they don’t know when it’s going to be replaced. The staff that were running the breakfast bar were young adults, and they had large attitudes. They seemed bothered by having to restock food.

1- Beds and pillows were not comfortable. I know that it’s a value brand for Hilton, however, it definitely doesn’t measure up to the same comfort. I didn’t sleep well at all. 2- the doors were not closed/locked if they were not occupied. When we got to our room the lock snap “thing” had the door propped open. We were concerned and did a good check on the room. We then realized it was like that for all the rooms not occupied. The staff stock and cleaning area doors were open. it seemed sketchy.

I love the modern design of the building. I love the mini kitchen and a large fridge in the room for my carry in foods and snacks. Great shower facility, soft towels and large screen tv with streaming .

We have stayed at these properties before and love them. Large rooms, love the large refrigerators. The bedding is comfortable.

The inside bottom track of the glass shower door was very dirty. About 5” long where the two doors meet in the middle.

Adequate lodging experience.

Location was only 6 miles from the music venue, The Shed. The room was spacious and well equipped. The refrigerator/freezer was larger than we had anticipated.

The shower had hair in the drain and the bathroom mirror wasn’t clean. The quality of the breakfast food was subpar and if a guest wanted water to drink, they needed to go into the gym to fill up a cup there. In addition, the juice area wasn’t open either.

Room and property was great.

The room I had reserved was not available when I arrived. Our flight was delayed and I called twice that day to update our arrival time. I was told the room would be held as it would be before 11pm. Was only given an excuse that house keeping had not cleaned the room and people we checked into dirty room and had to be given other rooms. As they mentioned that the were full and could not accommodate and also I was charged the same price as the 2 room suite. I did speak to the front desk and they said it was the same price. I will be calling today to speak to a supervisor as I was not going to try and settle it with the front desk.

The location and room size

The breakfast offered was terrible. Bad taste and not cooked well. Also bad weather was coming in including tornadoes possible. I asked staff if a warning went off did they notify guests and where was the safety location. The front desk did not know and just said oh we never get tornadoes despite the fact that a tornado watch was issued. Safety of guest did not seem a concern.
