Could of been better and not so disappointing this time

Its my favorite motel been staying there 7 yrs I l9ve the bar and gril and layout

I had no towels no room number on door wasnt cleaned heat didnt work correctly for rom 258 I asked for 1st for due to son disability needed to be close to car and I hot put way on top all the at the end found things I didnt want to and my door didnt even lock or close

Never was offered,do not know why, possibly due to new years. So we left.

No maintenance on snow removal, from lot, or steps to our room. Not even a shovel in sight to do myself

On a 3 nite stay i only got 1 hot shower . And that was on the last morning . I was there for a funeral. Cold showers did NOT help

Quite satisfied for the price

Staff was helpful and courteous. Value was excellent. Breakfast was decent. Location is great.

Cleanliness was not a strong point. Almost no toilet paper in the one room upon arrival. In the other room the bathroom door has an issue. Looks like the place could use a little TLC/remodel.

Accessibility it was near to freeway, rooms were close together for our family.

Bathroom was not clean, Hot water was not coming, over all cleanliness was bad in the rooms. lot of smoking smell outside in the walk/pathway

Dirty, lack of maintenance room for cheap price

Beds were comfortable and price was decent.

The no-smoking room smelled of smoke and the bed cover had cigarette burn holes. The room was not cleaned well, dirt along the edges, spider webs on the ceiling, thr front door and bathroom door were hard to close, the tub didn't drain well and the room overall was old and needing good maintenance.

The staff was super nice

The room was dirty... the door didn't shut all the way... there was something crawling on me a biting my ankle in the middle of the night... someone tried opening our door at 4:30am... there was painted over mold I. The corner of the room... and an exposed outlet for the air conditioner...

Checked in at 2:00am, checked out at 7:00am. Shut the place down. Local Health dept should review.

The "room" .... the "bed" had stains and "pillow" had lipstick markings The "door" had to be slammed 2x to be able to close it. The security latch looked as if it was ready to fall off, giving you NO sense of security at all. The curtain rod was litteraly falling and hanging at an angle from the wall The toilet floater was broken - the water ran all night

Room dirty. Floor filthy, bathroom looked like it had t been touched, fridge inside was not cleaned at all. Was to be a smoke free room and right outside lobby area is where everyone smoked and smelt like weed. Room had an awful smell not clean and like it wasn’t touched for months. Tells you I went and bought Lysol to spray the bed the pillows sheets and everything in the room to make it more presentable and still didn’t work it was still awful. Windows were filthy looked like it’s been months since they were touched. Lighting was awful one lamp worked not enough lighting. Very disappointed and for us to pay 157.00 dollars for that was ridiculous. . I think I should be refunded. I would not recommend this place to anyone In the future.

the bar was nice. Got some use out of the pool tables and had fun with family. Played cornhole out in the yard. So workers there were very nice.

The rooms were not cleaning. The rooms had a musty smell. The lighting in the room was very dark. My white socks turned black from walking on the floor. The mattresses need updated very uncomfortable. The blankets weren't any better felt like they were weighted blankets had a hard time moving around. The pillow cases had stains on them. The place looks nothing like it shows in the advertisement. Photos need to be updated. This place is very run down and the ad is very misleading. Didn't eat breakfast there because if they keep their kitchen as clean as their rooms I wouldn't feel safe eating there.

At least the pool was clean.

The place is extremely run down, not cared for or clean. The room was absolutely disgusting. There was dried blood and mildew on the curtain. The floor wasn't swept or mopped in a very long time. The floor was extremely dirty. The chair and beds had stains all over them. The bathroom was filthy with hair and dirt everywhere. There were numerous drug addicts on the property openly using drugs with kids around.

There is little to say in terms of positive qualitiues.

I walked away with bed bug bites and no sleep the second night. I have requested a refund and hopefully it will come soon. The sheets were dirty with piss and dirt stains, the room was overall unsatisfactory and did not match online photos.

The rooms need cleaned better. The vent in the bathroom was covered in dust. Floors were not swept. Trash was stuck behind the beds and in the air conditioning unit. Fingerprints were all over the mirrors.

The room was not clean and in poor condition. Only the bed was clean. Included in the room : hair, dust, debris, rust, strange stains on towel, strange stains on the wall, on the floor, on the switches, cracked paint, one lamp not working, the fridge does not close, as a consequence it makes noise constantly, slow wifi, poor breakfast....

Soft comfortable bed in a hotel that is just above being called "grody"

The bed was VERY soft and comfortable. They brought extra pillows and a blanket very quickly after I called and asked for them.

The place is NOTHING like the pictures!! VERY VERY outdated. I had to plug the TV, Fridge, Microwave and clock in to even use them!! The TV remote had electrical tape on it that I had to remove to put the batteries in to be able to turn the TV on. The toilet ran ALL night long. The tub was so stained and dirty looking that I couldn't bring myself to take a bath even with me bringing my own Clorox wipes!! Breakfast options were a joke, the waffle "batter" is literally thinned down so much that it looks almost like water and is like eating nothing at all.

The only benefit to this hotel was the restaurant and bar that was located on the premise. Food was good, service was excellent and staff friendly, tentative and fun. This was a plus after a long drive from Saratoga NY.

The entire hotel was run down and outdated. Rooms were filthy! Not vaccumed, toilets not cleaned and bathtub did not drain. Sheets did not fit the bed, curtains falling off the rod, air conditioner squealing. I changed my room once to something not much better but settled.

Did NOT like anything!

Room was very dirty with trash on floors, toothpaste smeared on walls and smelled moldy once we were able to forcefully open the door. We killed several spiders and various bugs that were crawling around and walked through webs to get into bathroom. Bed was broken on one side so mattress so bed was very lopsided. No phone in room. Fridge broken. Curtains wouldn’t close to room all the way so a wide gap. Crack beneath door so cold air was coming in. Door locks broken so had to rely on security lock for our safety. Place was so disgusting and deeply disappointed for the cost charged. We couldn’t switch rooms and couldn’t get a refund. Walls super thin so heard every word next door. Bathroom vent clogged and smoke detectors were not working. Coffee pot nasty. Horrible experience!!!!!! Will never choose this chain again. After 12 hours of driving and 12 more to go, we basically needed a place to sleep and bath, but didn’t expect such a dirty place! We stayed in Erie, Pennsylvania.

Hotel was a mess. Moldy food left in microwave. Bathtub hairs in it. Walls holes. Bed more as a cot. Floor dirty. Walls need painted. Just a mess.
