It was run down and no hot water. Holes in the wall. Missing tile in the bathroom. Needed painted. Had to get our own towels each day. Didn’t clean our room. Housekeeping was short staffed. Was not worth the money we paid.

Location. Staff was pleasant, and pricing was worth the value

My room had a sewage smell. I complained throughout my staff only to be told by the front desk agent that no one else complained and wouldn't change my room. We went out to buy things to mask the smell. The hotel had the housekeepers come up to clean through WEEK LONG stay. I told the agent that the toilet seal was missing. But nothing was done. The smell was gross!!!!

The staff was very friendly

The remote control didn't work, the bathtub stopper didn't work, the AC unit made a strange noise, the carpet was damp, and when I went into the bathroom, someone had used it and not flushed it. Also there was no iron in the room.

Expensive and Run Down Property

Very high price for the quality. Bathroom was in poor condition with broken toilet paper holder, walls crumbling, and spiders.

But we slept well before surgery the next morning, and it was close to the hospital.

It was comfortable, but definitely needs updated and cleaned more thoroughly

Like I said, updated no plug-ins for cell phones. I had to actually buy plugs for our cell phones.

Carpet looked dirty, paint peeling in room and bathroom. Probably 500 cigarette butts around the smoking area near front door looks very nasty. cleaning, paint and minor repairs would help a lot. Printer did not work properly.

The smell in the hallway. The bathroom drain did not drain well. The facets were not clean. Toilet seat was almost falling off the toilet. Could only plug one thing into the electrical on the night stand because the second outlet was burnt and cracked. The hole or scrap in the ceiling. The door at night lets in so much light, someone stuffed toilet paper into the peep hole.

The place was extremely clean comfortable and quiet. The breakfast food was delicious. Was priced very reasonably and I will definitely stay here again while I'm in town.

Location was close to my reason for travel.

The check-in desk still had its COVID screen up. My room was stuffy and noisy. I later realized that the window was actually open!!! Thus allowing in heat and humidity. My room was not cleaned at any point during my 4 day stay.

The staff was great and very accommodating. The location of the hotel to the baseball tournament at Grand Park was convenient. The beds were definitely some of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in all the travels I’ve done this summer.

The facility is old, lots of ceiling damage. It rained really hard one day we were there, we were on the top floor and the ceiling was leaking into our room. We had to move Reims because of that.

Unclean Room

Upon arrival there was popcorn all over the floor of our room, and a sticky substance that we have no idea what it was. There were also aquarium beads all over the floor, and the pool was not heated. Probably the most unclean hotel I've stayed at.

Disappointing

Beakfast was fine.

Bed was way too hard for me. Handicapped shower hand-held nozzle was mounted so high, I couldn't even reach it, so didn't shower. From wheelchair, bathroom sink was high and I could only see my eyes and forehead in the mirror. The water never got warm, even after 9pm when I arrived nor at 6:30 am when I awoke. Handicapped toilet was only 15 inches in height and grab bar was mounted to high for a comfortable transfer to/from wheelchair. It seemed the accessibility features were 'afterthoughts' and not well executed.

Rooms for improvement.

The location was in good proximity to where I was visiting.

When I got to my room the toilet was not thoroughly cleaned and the bathroom door was broken. They offered to move me to another room but room had hole in the temperature control unit leading to outdoors! Their breakfast made me and my Son vomit. I'm at home now sick from work.
