The location on the map. That’s it.
Bedding had burn holes and blood stains on it. Shower still dirty. Smelled like someone had just used the bathroom when I was approaching the room. Brown in the water. Out of water in the vending machine. Breakfast was limited and not very good you are better off simply buying your own breakfast and I’m not one who is typically picky I usually love hotel breakfasts.

The staff was pretty friendly and check in was very easy. Door access from outside was by key only. The hotel was quiet in general.
Our room was falling apart. The beds were almost completely off the frames, the blankets were stained and dirty we had to go get our own blankets and pillows, pool was advertised as open and it was closed, the trim around our room was falling and tearing off the baseboards just laying on the floor, bathroom counter was off the wall and the door was cracked like someone kicked it in.

I didn’t like the property appearance upon arrival. Area appeared to be unsafe. Individuals were at the entrance of property smoking weed. My room was on the third floor of motel. When booking I searched for Hotels. When entering the room, My bed has serval brown stains on the blanket, the walls were filthy. I immediately went to the front desk to inform the attendant about the room. Attendant nonchalant and told me to contact travel agency for refund. She did not offer to accommodate me with another room.

The The quietness.
The refrigerator needed cleaning. The window had no screen. The bath towels were dirty and tarnish ,not clean(white). The air-conditioned had a smell and had small bugs crawling around.
We were in room 306. I took pictures of the freezer. I wasn't able to get a receipt.

The room was dirty, the linen was dirty and when asked for new linen that was dirty as well. The walls were dirty, the lining on the way at the bottom do the floor was coming off, the vent in the bathroom ceiling was coming off. When we asked for more towels due to it being 4 people and only have TWO dirty towels with yellow stains we were instructed we needed to turn our towels in first. Like what? 2 towels at a time? 2 towels for four people? The lamp shade had a red stains on it. The shelf the microwave was on was falling apart. The concierge told my spouse if he raised his voice “ he wouldn’t tolerate it” but my spouse never once raised his voice and I felt like he was being racially profiled. Overall would never do that again. My kids cried when they had to stay there as we were out of town and got in town late and everything else local was booked.

We went into the room and noticed dust on the nightstand went in the bathroom and was cut with around the baseboards pull the sheets back. They were torn. As for another room went in there horrible again it was just not clean no dust. My daughter went to the store and bought stuff from Dollar tree to clean it and even after that that didn’t help we open the windows. It was just musty smell all in the carpet carpet and filthy dirty. It was horrible. They need to close that hotel and re-upgraded. Went to the manager who I was told was the manager. He stayed. He wasn’t the manager that if I had an issue, I need to talk to the owner. He was very rude. His name was Fred. I was just trying to get instructions on how I can get a refund because it was horrible. It was not worth it. I did not stay at that hotel I left because it wasn’t getting anywhere I had breathing issues when I went back to talk to the manager “” who wasn’t the manager. He vented on me as to say everybody saying I’m a manager, but I am not you need to talk to the co-owner. How was I to know that he was very rude he said his name was Fred. That was a horrible experience when you pull up the curtains out hanging. That hotel needs a upgrade or they need to close it. And then people in the hallway loud running up and down the hall. It was horrible. I’m so sorry. I booked through you all. I just wanna refund. I was not happy at all.
The person Who was at the front desk the next day when I went to talk to a manager. I was told he would be there in the morning by the clerk that was there that night. And he said yeah they always say I’m a manager, but I am not and he was very rude. He was just rude. He lit into me immediately. I don’t know what’s going on at the quality inn, but it’s bad. It is not good service at all. When I couple of times I went to the desk clerk was never there. She was always in the bag or she had stepped away . Each time I went to the desk I had to wait because she’s somewhere else something else so it was just not good Customer Service at all.

The bath tub faucet was leaking all night long, the toilet sit cover was stained & the pillow smell like another person sweat I don’t think the Pillows has been washed or cleaned the towels change color that means time to change them.I told the staff & manger they new about it but they didn’t care. I will not recommend any one & I do have pictures.

First room bolt lock was broke in half.
Second room had multiple problems…it was some white thick like under the covers the mattress bed had huge pee stains on it. The mirror in the room was cracked the toilet handle was broken.

It was supposed to be a hot breakfast and there was no hot breakfast. It was cereal and I guess you could classify when you make your waffle that is hot.
The guy at the front desk was incredibly rude right from the beginning . It was my wife, my mother, and I and I am wheelchair bound and he was bitching right away about us tracking up the floor with my wheelchair and our shoes because it was raining out at the time and he expected us not even Bring in our luggage , he was just obnoxiously rude and not saying it nicely. If I put what he truly was, you guys probably won’t post this review. Let’s just put it that way.

This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. Horrible costumer service, hotel was disgusting not clean at all. O couldn't even get clean bedding for our beds they had stains and wholes on the sheets and bedding. The bathroom had a coach roaches. The refrigerator had mold in it. The floors had whit sticky substances all over the floor. And I am still waiting to compensated back for my stay.

The first room they gave me was dirty on the sheets. The second room had a dead roach inside the clock on the dresser that wasn’t even turned in. I woke up the next morning to food stains on the blanket tops staff she said she would wash it if I gave her 30 minutes. I left to go to the store there were roaches on the door. The blouse dryer wasn’t even connected to the wall just laying on the sink. Mold on the shower curtain. Mold on the inside of the knob for the shower. Fan kept turning off. Fridge didn’t have a freezer.

Bedding was dirty when I arrived. Took the staff over 2 hours to bring a clean comforter up to my room. Also the toilet never stopped running. Was unable to flush the toilet due to the toilet constantly running.

The young lady that checked me in was very nice and pleasant.
The room smelled like someone was smoking in it very horrible smell. The heat or air was not working properly. The bathroom was not cleaned. There was hair long strands on the top of the toilet all on the tank of the toilet along the base of the toilet in the shower hair. This was Friday when we checked in. Saturday morning upon getting dressed my friend found a roach on the dresser. that was the final straw. We checked out that morning, i was there for my moms funeral service and this was the worst place I have ever stayed in will never go back or deal with a Quality inn again.

We Had White Stains On The Tables & Bed Side Tables , Toliet Paper Holder Was Nasty, Our Drain Plugs Were Out On The Counter Broken . My Friends Blanket Had Cigarette Holes & Rips. Vending Machines Didnt Work.
