The price was good and in a good location,.

We have been there several times. The staff is all polite and wonderful! The breakfast was hot and better than what we have gotten other hotels.

The beds are too tall from the floor. Hard to get into when we have hip and leg medical issues. Shower curtain isn't long enough and when taking a shower it got the floor all wet. We used the tub mat but then we were stepping out on a wet soggy matt.

Disappointing and made me feel unwelcome

The morning desk staff was nice and apologetic.

The check in process was very slow. Apparently the room assigned had been given to someone prior but they needs a ground floor room The room I was given was hot and the ac would not adjust to make it cooler. The toilet didn’t flush toilet paper and urine. The shower did not drain properly so was standing in water while showering. 1 towel 1 wash cloth. I got the feeling that the person that was assigned the room earlier realized the air didn’t work and ask to change

Nice stay for a weekend trip

We liked the bed, room was very clean, and the pool was nice.

Wished there was some fresh fruit at the buffet but really there was nothing to complain about.

I and my mother were refused at the front desk and not allowed to stay at the hotel

Even though the front desk staff was polite and somewhat helpful, they did not allow us to stay at their hotel once we arrived. We were unaware of a situation and was told once we walked into the hotel that we weren’t allowed to stay there and had to find someplace else to stay.

My mom and I were refused at check in This trip was to help my sister who is very ill. They wouldn’t let us stay there and it was very disappointing.

Breakfast was good. Location near our destination

Needs remodel. Not up to normal Comfort standards. Room very musty smelling. Air conditioner worked sometimes, but not overnight. Kept turning off. Room 123.

Just a one night stay , so we didn't complain.

I was called by someone at the hotel the day before and told that someone was in need of the handicap room for a extra night and they would put us upgraded to a King suite, I approved that. But when we got there we were given the Queen bed handicap room that I booked? Breakfast Eggs were mussy and no yogurt, or different flavor donuts the white contains were dated sale dates past the date we stayed. We had handicap room and the shower head attachment was broke would not raise up and down. Need better waterproof shower curtain, water got all over the bathroom floor, stepped out on soaked towel and mat. The heat light in the room didn't have a heat bulb, just a regular light bulb, so didn't heat up the bathroom.

Will visit again, just not with any expectations!

Breakfast was nice, Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool is not always open. Laundry list of excuses and even started to explain it was my fault for wanting to swim. (I didn't express that we wanted to swim upon check-in) No postings about closings and has a reputation for closing the pool without notice according to the Locals. Small but nice pool. We we're lucky to be able to swim. Just a family traveling and needing a room to fit our budget.

Manager Sara could benefit from proper professional Management Customer Service Training. She made her staff uncomfortable multiple times in front of guests. Conformational and argumentative. Felt sorry for the rest of the staff. They we're truly kind and helpful.

Unbelievably bad

Nothing.

My room VIBRATED! I was too exhausted from a 5 hour white knuckle drive to request another room. When I complained in the morning, the guy at the desk smiled and nodded about the vibrating. I had to drug myself and lay sideways across the bed to sleep!

There was no hot food left for breakfast. There were old, dried blood stains on one of the blankets. The electrical outlet did not work in the bathroom. The bathroom floor had stains in the shower.

The bed was to hard and pillows were awful and bathroom door was hard to close and the tub was very slippery I didn’t have the best experience and the pool was so cold.

Room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The pool was closed down with nothing noted on line about it. There wasn't anywhere to hang used towels in the bathroom. All but one of the staff were rude or inept.
