Hidden Hampton near Lincoln Road, SE of Chrysler.

I was nice that a continental breakfast was included. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, with refrigerator, large tv and chair.

The pool was closed the entire time for maintenance which I thought was unacceptable during the summer months. Pools in Indiana should always be open until after Labor Day, and beyond for indoor hotel pools even after Labor Day. Plus, the hotel signage is non existent and makes it impossible to find. Even the address (Reed Road) gives no clue that it is actually off 931, near Lincoln Rd, and no sign at the turn in access road.

Amazing Hampton Inn experience

The reserved room was (at no additional cost) upgraded to a double queen suite for reasons unknown to me, 5 star all the way!!

Good stay for the reason the family was in town.

It was close to the venue for the baseball tournament my son was playing in.

Our room had a weird, musty kind of smell. It was clean, but just smelled a little off.

Disappointed in management

Breakfast was good.

Management did not hand my complaint of room next to mine smoking and having a party. No offer of compensation for my bill, just a I am sorry. I paid for a non smoking room but the room next to me thought it would be great to some weed and stink up the whole floor and my room.

Fix the outrageously noisy/loud heating system in room 210. Horrific night of being awakened over and over. Please put a comfy armchair in the empty corner next to the floor lamp serving no purpose (the sofa is VERY uncomfortable for sitting to read or for sitting any length of time.) And offer a better breakfast, such as the continental breakfasts in Europe which are always delicious, FRESH, tasty.

The rooms were very nice. I liked the set up.

The rooms keys. Every time we would use our room keys at the pool. It would knock out the code on the key cards for us to get back into our room.
