Very clean room very good hotel lobby personnel. Room was very comfortable, especially in the bed. The only drawback is it’s a very basic breakfast.

The staff were nice, but I would not stay there again. My room was musty. It felt damp, even with the AC running none stop. I just stayed in the room to sleep by myself. If my wife were with me, I would have left and gone to the Hampton Inn within walking distance. I would not return to this hotel.

We were in one room, and there were some problems with it, and the gentleman immediately moved us to another room, which I really appreciate it. They have lots of hot water. We didn’t. We didn’t experience any other problems. There once that was taken care of breakfast is not as elaborate as some, but it was good

Not bad for the price, we would stay again. There was a pair of plastic used gloves left inside out so we assumed it was cleaned at least. The shower drain was clogged so within 2mins of being in the shower there was standing water in the tub. Mini Fridge worked good and the bed was comfortable.

Room I got is very spacious, thank goodness AC work but did not seem right. It was either on or off. Internet was very slow. I had to use my mobile hot spot for internet usage for my laptop and tablet. Unfortunately the coffee is one of the worst ones I had ever drank. Bed was clean, water is very hot for showers, love the size of the mini fridge and love the fact mini fridge has freezer. I got use the king size pillow for king size beds. These pillow were your average size pillows but it was still comfortable. I do wish there were more outlets by the bed. I would stay here again.

We had a king suite booked and when we got to our room the a/c was not working, it was 79 degrees in the room. They didn’t have another suite to move us to so they put us in a regular room. We had planned to stay two nights but wound up leaving and going to a nicer hotel. Staff was very nice though.

Hotel was fine. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and quiet, no odors, and comfortable beds. In an industrial area, so no scenic views, but safe and quiet.

The first room i was in on the fieat floor seemed redone and newer but when you opened the window it was right to the parking lot and there were some homeless hamging around the hotel so i didnt feel safe on that floor. I was then moved to the 3rd floor. Rooms had old carpet in them where the fieat floor had laminate. The bedding was stained on both beds. I was then moved to another room on the same floor. One bed was atleast clean. The breakfast was not good at all and very limited.

The rooms wasn’t that clean. It was rated an 8.6. Not even close. Maybe an 6.0 There was a blood stain on the comforter. Gross! Baseboards were dirty. Wipe them down.

The room was pretty clean and the cleaning staff did a fine job. The bedding and pillows are average. It’s still fairly cool outside and there were no warmer blankets on the bed; however, I didn’t request them either. The mattresses could definitely be replaced. They’re very light and slide off the frame, making them quite uncomfortable. The bathroom was fine but the sink was top mounted and took up so much space there was little room for personal items. The faucet was also very loose. I think some remodeling has been done but I was quite surprised that a Best Western would be like this and we were quite disappointed for the price we paid. The ceiling in our room had been very poorly repaired in several areas. A sprinkler in the wall wasn’t fit into the hole cut for it, leaving an open space. I am not a hotel snob but I doubt I’d stay here again unless necessary. The breakfast was by far the worst I’ve experienced. They need to make sure bread items are fresh. Neither of us could eat our bagel the first day. Hockey pucks are an understatement. They were fresher the second day. The rest was just below to average compared to other hotels we’ve experienced. There had been updating to the hotel, but more is definitely needed. The highlight was the pool area, which was clean but the water was quite cold. We still made use of it for as long as we could handle. Did feel warmer our third night. I guess the hotel was below to just average. It just needs some quality work done.

Staff were very nice but waited 24 hours to remove a pile of hangers in the elevator entrance on the 3rd floor. Yes, I told the staff. I even called them a "tripping hazzard." I had to step through them that long!

Only needed the room for overnight. Called to let them know not arriving until after midnight-attendant at front desk 24 hours. Front desk fellow friendly and made sure to give us information on swimming pool, check out, complimentary breakfast, etc. Room 316 was cleaned and appeared to have been upgraded nicely. No odors in the hallways, none in the room. Breakfast was a nice variety of foods, better than other hotels - keep up the good work. We would stay here again.
