Very thin walls , you heard your neighbors having sex and talking straight through the walls . Rooms are kinda outdated and the location was not the best it’s dangerous if you are alone .

I’d stay there again.

The property was clean. Staff was friendly. Always greeted you with a smile, or to have a good night.

It took me a while to get checked in due to staff not being at the desk. I didn’t like the fact the housekeeping was only there for 3 days out of the week. And in order to get ice you had to go to the front desk cause their ice machine is down. No pool. They say it’s under renovation but i have a different opinion.

2 is my score. The pool has been out of order for over 6 months which is unacceptable and the ice machine was broke down. It was 90 degrees and no Ice

Location was convenient and smell was nice

Rude front desk except for the girl with the glasses that worked afternoon/evenings. Hard to communicate with housekeeping and do not disturb sign ignored by them also. Shower curtain up to high floors kept getting soaked dresser drawers kept opening when you walk past. My room door didn’t lock; however the issue was corrected immediately. Pool been under construction for quite some time now. Orange chair in my room had quite a few stains on it. All floors share the same ice machine located on 3rd floor. Overall 3 rating

A nice stay with No Pool

The stay was comfortable and warm... Everyone was welcoming..and clean....

The inviting photos show a beautiful indoor pool .... Looks amazing and clean ... Upon arrival I asked and was told yes the pool was open and went to see the pool it looked horrible and empty... I asked if I called the wrong property the young lady said the person answered the phone didn''t understand the question.. But I understood full at check out I asked for a receipt and was told I had to get it from Booking.com
