The hotel was clean and the staff was mostly helpful. Our initial check-in was a little odd and uncomfortable due to a disgruntled customer at the check in counter. Not sure who was at fault there for the issue. Breakfast was a 3/5 but I can’t complain since it was free. I did notice what seemed to be people entering the hotel who did not appear to be guest who were helping themselves to the breakfast area. We did end up cutting our stay short due to business schedule changes. We only stayed 2 nights instead of rhe original 4 nights we booked and the hotel said we had to pay for 3 nights since we didn’t notify them 24 hrs in advance of the change. This was a first for me as I always choose to pay at checkout and have never been asked to pay for an additional night for not notifying the hotel sooner for the change. But I didn’t complain and just paid it as I guess this is just their policy.

We came down for some specialized baseball training for our son and just to have a little weekend away. The hotel was conveniently located next to some great restaurants and shopping. The customer service there was really good and the rooms in the hotel were very clean. The housekeepers were so nice. They always made sure we had what we needed and we really appreciated that I would recommend this as a great place to stay. If you don’t wanna stay downtown it’s not far at all into the city as it’s right off an interstate and it’s reasonably priced.

We went to a concert, so we got there around midnight, super tired and just wanting to crash. That front desk guy took forever to check us in, or maybe it felt like it 'cause he smelled like a gym. The hotel was comfy and clean, and we slept great, but someone's not doing their job checking the rooms. The TV remote needed to be paired, so stinky guy had to come in, the iron didn't work, and the conditioner was sealed. We didn't want to deal with it since we just wanted to sleep, but it was annoying. I did not try the breakfast.

The hotel itself is really nice ... its modern and new. The room was clean and had good space. My sister, granddaughter and i stayed in 1 room with 2 queen beds. It is located near I-80 for convenience. I would give it a higher rating if it were not for the noise in the halls both nights. The first night around midnight other guests were quarreling due to extreme noise from a geoup of young people staying 2 rooms down from me. I had to call down to the front desk. The second night, people in the room right next ro ours were talking loudly and making a lot of noise around 10:30pm. Wecould hear them like they were in our room. I again had to call down to the front desk. We probably wontstay hear again due to the guests that stay here.

Did not stay. Booked a room for August 16-17th, received a notification about check out from the hotels.com informing be about a successful checkout (July 31st). I never checked in. Looked at the app and it had a reservation for July 30-31st. I never set those dates I explicitly set them to August 16 check in and August 17th check out. No help correcting this with the help services. I was charged for services never rendered on a day I didn’t ask for them. They were completely happy to pocket my money and tell me there was nothing they could do.

The shower door would not stay close while you were showering. The floor had tape over areas of the glue down floor area. And the floor felt sticky. I have stayed at this hotel a minimum of 5 times over the past three years and this was the worst of all. I will not stay there again.

Although the young man that checked me in was nice enough. The hotel was hot and muggy. I seen the thermostat on the wall show 81° when I got up to the room I was expecting something much more well kept based on the pictures from the website. The room was in need of repairs and some additional cleaning. What appeared to be mouse droppings on the bed made it impossible for me to stay. I had to leave.
