The room and bathroom were beautiful. We had an amazing view. The check in process was pleasant and smooth but there could have been more information provided regarding how to navigate the elevators, the building, the services available in the hotel, etc. The person who checked us in didn't even tell us how to get to the elevators to get to the room. It was our first time staying there but they didn't ask. The bedding was clean, however it was very uncomfortable. Other than that it was a great stay and I would recommend this hotel.

We were traveling for a wedding. Casino decor was impressive- and staff was outstanding. Staff that we crossed paths with had a smile and were eager to help. Food service late night was slow at the one “grab and go” option on site. Beds were comfortable, rooms were gorgeous and clean… lighting was dim… if you have a few ladies trying to put on makeup, they’ll all have to do it in the bathroom mirror - the rooms were clean, trendy and gorgeous… but not well lit for getting ready! Bathrooms were 5/5. Overall - awesome.

Great hotel and casino. Cutting edge gambling and infrastructure. Tight service (meaning well organized and trained and polite and paying attention to detail). Going to the Alto Restaurant tonight... but this hotel/casino is set to federal military base/national laboratories standards in construction, infrastructure, and incredibly competent staff! Highly recommended.... 9.85/10... A+.

My experience was awesome. The decor in the room was mid-mod! So spacious and pretty. Loved the tech features! The security of the result was cutting edge. Scan your key and be directed to an elevator! Spent a few hours and dollars in the casino. Fun! Didn't try the restaurant but definitely on my next trip. We will stay here again.

The casino is very nice with lots of new games. The room was very clean and nice.the buffet was ok but very high in price after lunch time. Overall not a bad experience. We will go back again !!

I liked that the property is brand new and the hotel is very nice. I don't like that I have had to call them back twice to determine why I have been billed for charges that I did not make. This is a real problem. I still haven't resolved the return of the $100.00 per night incidental fee, and the additional $140.00 that they charged me on top of this for purchases/incidentals that I did not make. BEWARE -- make sure you get a copy of your bill at checkout and review it. The front desk was to email me mine, but it has never arrived, so I didn't know that I was charged until my credit card notification arrived hours later, too late as we were already well on our way out of town.

We really enjoyed our stay. The standard king room was great, awesome TV and bathroom. We wished we were there longer! The pool looked great although we didnt have time to try it. The buffet was amazing for dinner so many options made fresh to order, i would have eat there all week! However the cafe that was open late needed some staffing help. People complaining that they couldnt take their breaks, cooks about to fall asleep and a manager chilling on his laptop while theres a big line of people. Our burgers had been sitting in a warmer and the fries were also cold. When approaching there were people right outside the entrance smoking weed which was an unfortunate experience for my wife and I. Then once inside the lobby we were greeted with a dusty mercedes and the air quality of 1970's vegas. THICK with smoke. not sure where it was coming from but it absolutely ruined our outfits. We smuggled new clothes back out to our SUV and changed in the parking lot for the evening to avoid having that awful smell on our clothes for the nights activities. Lastly, we were told by our check in assistant to call down in the morning and tell the front desk that we wanted a late check out, so we could have brunch and see the pool. when we did that we were told that we could not do late check out. so that was disappointing. The elevator hall call is confusing and kinda clunky. not my favorite. its nice to keep casino guests from wandering onto hotel guest floors but that didnt work.

The staff at this hotel was excellent. Every single worker that I met exhibited a professional attitude and with a smile. The restaurants, housekeeping, valet, etc. we’re tops.
