I would stay there again but for the cost and the fact that there’s a LaQuinta is right next door and they are $40 per n

It was clean and close to the place where I had to do some business.

The kitchen staff were too strict with the cut off time for breakfast. At exactly at 9:00am while folks were still getting breakfast they started clearing out the food. One guy had to ask the front desk for a donut because they refused to honor his request and just told him that it was after 9:00am. All in all, get your seconds before 9:00am and don’t ask the ladies to bring you stuff that they already put away.

Not really for a person who need bars in bathroom food fair- poor

Advertised as handicap access no rail for toilet one bar behind the toilet I don’t think anyone reaches behind them to pull up. Food fair one sausage mystery meat did not offer any non red meat milk not covered thin wall could hear couple next door with sounds that should be private below freezing temperatures dining very cold

I didn’t like them telling me that there is a additional $50 charge if I checked in early. Even though my room was already ready and I came into town for my cousin funeral. Also I went to get my cup out the car and when I came back in the guy from the desk chased me down and asked me what room I was in? Didn’t care for that treatment and I travel a lot. I will never book there again

I liked the amenities: gym, free parking, streaming access and complimentary breakfast. Lobby was comfortable. Staff friendly, professional and accommodating.

The chair in the room looked nasty it was stained. The chair appeared unsanitary. The room had a musty odor. We did not feel safe on the elevator. Elevators made noises that sound like the elevator cables were going to break. No inspection certificate posted.

Good safe stay

Staff was very friendly. Check in was easy, room was clean and comfortable. First time in Chicago. No complaints and breakfast was pleasant. Would definitely recommend. Everything worked and my sleep was great. Water temp was excellent.

Smelled like marijuana from whoever was in there before that’s a smell that’s hard to get out. They did their best to freshen it. It wasn’t overbearing at all. I would definitely stay again. Wasn’t really a dislike for me. I would rather not be in the mist of it but I know they can only do so much.

The cleanliness...the breakfast was very good and satisfying....for the money, y'all were amazing....two👍👍up!! If y'all keep that up, I'll definitely stay each time I'm in Chicago!!💜

I wished that there was a server for the breakfast...with a glass shield over the hot food counter....it's great to be the first one down there to breakfast, which I was Friday morning, but late Saturday morning...the food had been pitched over by folks in pajamas and crusty faces....so I just had apple juice and peanut butter for protein....but that's minor...I just know from now on, be there early!!💜😂

Internet and regular TV was unavailable for a day and a half. Swimming pool was unavailable. Manager offered absolutely zero compensation for these issues. I will tell everyone I know NOT to ever use your hotel or any hotel chain connected with your hotel. Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram and every social media available.

My sheets were dirty and I didn’t get the room that I booked, I was downgraded. The staff member on duty that night was very snappy and unprofessional. Not somewhere I’d book again.
