The staff were very kind and helpful, and the location - right on the beach at Napili Bay - is excellent. Our apartment was large for a studio, and had plenty of room for a couple. It was very quiet during our stay. We heard neighbors chatting on their adjacent Lanai one afternoon, but there was never any noise at all at night or in the morning.
The apartment was very clean, thoughtfully furnished, and had everything we needed, including plenty of storage (and hangers!) for clothes and luggage. The split bath - with the toilet and shower separated from the lavatory - was a thoughtful touch. The kitchen had everything needed if we wanted to cook meals, and the free use of washers and dryers (in a common area) was a nice bonus.
If we return to Maui, we would definitely stay at the Hale Napili again.
The beds were a bit too soft, and because the door to the shower/toilet opened inward, it was a bit of a tight squeeze to get in, and required moving the bathmat out of the way of the door.

The gate to get into the beach has somewhat steep steps, but if you're careful it won't be a problem.

The room had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. The property was right on Napili Bay with a lovely beach right in front. We found the location very quiet and the other guests we met came back year after year. While the property didn’t have its own restaurant, there were many nice restaurants within walking distance. There were also plenty of spaces for car parking. We will definitely be going back to Hale Napili!
