Updated and clean condo with full kitchen. Toiletries provided in the restrooms. Beach towels and chairs in units. Proximity to the beach. Showers near the beach. Laundromat on site. Parking right near the entrance door. Quiet surroundings. Lush greenery and well maintained property grounds. Organized entertainment for the guests. Super nice front desk hostess. Great communication between hostess and the guests.
Cold water in pools. No pool toys for kids. More oriented towards adults than families. No beach umbrella in the condo. No bathroom (even portable) on site near the entrance to the beach (had to go all the way to the room while on the beach).

Peaceful, quiet, great access to the beach, very helpful staff.
And, a well organized recycling system, even though it appeared some guests found this challenging.

Location, location, location! So nice to be right on the ocean/bay. The one bedroom unit was very well-appointed and comfortable, loved having a view. Nice that activities were added (like the guitar singer—although we were not informed of that by the facility, nor was it on the board in office, but rather another guest told us). Friendly owners/guests.
We initially booked a studio, but it was in a building that felt very separate from the rest of the property as it didn’t open to the grass area where most activities took place, including the grills, etc., or the ocean access. It felt like you could be in a small motel anywhere, especially in the end unit near the road, so given that it was on the expensive side. Glad we were able to switch but added unexpected cost. The parking was a bit challenging.
