We really enjoyed staying in Napili Shores Maui - the staff were so attentive (even during the Kona Storm - thank you!) and check in instructions were made very clear. The room and property grounds was clean upon arrival. I would choose to stay in this hotel again.

I’ve stayed at many places throughout the years and this one’s definitely our absolute favorite starting with the staff who were above and beyond amazing. I did ask for a room upgrade and gladly paid for the oceanfront view, which was breathtaking. I could go on for days about how much we loved this resort the grounds the views it was absolutely an 11 out of 10.! Pay the extra and consider the ocean front rooms. You’ll be so happy!
Although pictures do no justice and they wouldn’t seem to attach trust me you will not regret staying here!

The room needed updating and no cleaning service for the entire week. But the location was good on the Napili Bay.
