Great location. Nice rooms. Dated property but we still liked the vibe.
There were a few bugs, but that’s what happens at older properties.

By far, the number one reason you would choose this place is the location. It is a block away from one beach and a 10 minute walk to another- both have excellent snorkeling and they’re both in protected bays so there are not crazy waves. Located right by the coastal hiking trail. It is a couple blocks away from the Kapalua Tennis Gardens, which have Pickleball and Tennis that you can join for the week.
Tons of fresh towels when you need them.
It’s a little dated , could use some upgrades but they price it properly so it’s a good value.

Roomy living space. Full kitchen for self meal preparation. Beach chairs. Two beaches , one 5 minutes, another 10 minutes walk. Free and easy self parking. Friendly staff.
Occasional noisy footsteps from upstairs.

The staff especially a housekeeper/ front desk person named LeAnn
The fact that there was only one 1Quart pot and one soup pot when we arrived. Housekeeping did provide a frying pan but we had to ask for it. Our kitchen equipment (such as bowls for cooking) were limited to one. No TV.
