It’s beach front but at the quieter end of the beach, making it more cozy to stay. This is our 3rd stay and the hot tub by the balcony is always a plus. The staff are friendly. Our last stay was my birthday and they gave me a very nice “city view” that still has a partial ocean view! I’m local and if I want to do a staycation from home, this would be my go to place for a total relaxation.
I wish they make the rooms soundproof so you won’t hear people’s business in the hallway, especially when the room is very near the elevator.

Light didn’t work in kitchenette area, air didn’t seem to work only heating part, poor water pressure in shower

location on beach.
my room looked onto a dirt lot. No view whatsoever for a high $$$$ for the room. Booking.com used a bait and switch on me. I didn't get the complimentary breakfast and the 'value' price I paid through Booking.com got me didly squat...............
