Perfect beach access and views. The private hot tubs are such a great amenity! The bed was insanely comfortable and the entire property was very clean.

Did not eat breakfast. Room was adequate however the dispensers for the lotions and shampoo were terrible and you did not think about handicapped or elderly people. The people in the bar and restaurant were very loud and they could not close the glass doors. The cleaning closet was also right next to room 328.

Amazing location and views

Right on the beach, you were able to borrow towels and chairs. Amazing views from the 3rd floor restaurant which we ate at one night. Parking included within the ‘facility charge’

No air con. Fan in room and a window you could open but room very warm in day and you had to leave the window open at night, which meant you got a lot of noise from neighbouring properties and refuse trucks early in the morning. Also no curtains and a bank of glass in the ceiling so you were woken early whether you liked it or not.

Excellent location, very clean rooms, great customer service

Right on the beach and a few steps from the pier, super clean, great customer service in the hotel and in the restaurant. The room was very clean, provided two bottles of water daily, fresh coffee pods, and even paper towels for the sink by the coffee area. Shampoo, conditioner and body gel provided and even body cream! We felt that we had everything we could possibly need. They also had beach towels and chairs for the guests if needed. The parking lot is private and it has plenty of space.

Lovely relaxing get away.

The rooms are small, but very well done and the beds are comfortable. Can’t beat the location. Right on the beach. Boutique hotel feels private because it’s not a huge resort. We started staying there 25 years ago. Try to go during the week when rates are more reasonable.

Everything. We lived the hot-tub on the balcony, location and restaurant on the beach. Since we rode in on a motorcycle, we loved that there was a parking garage too.

Not much, the water wasn’t safe to drink at the time, but that wasn’t anything anyone could help. We couldn’t enjoy a hot cup of coffee at the restaurant for breakfast, oh well, we ordered a fun ‘mock tail’ before we rode home.

I loved it! Very awesome staff, rooms were very clean, hot tub was AMAZING, I’m 6’3 and always have troubles finding a show that usually fits me but they had an adjustable shower heads it was awesome!! Definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Mediocre at best.

The hot tub.

The acoustic of the hotel is TERRIBLE! I will never stay again. Compared to Inn at the Pier or the Cliffs. In my room, you can hear everything happening all around me. From the cleaning ladies conversations upstairs. The sounds literally reverberate into the bed and my pillow was like a loud speaker. I had to call the front desk to have them tell house keeping to stop banging and talking so damn loud. Check out was at 11. Ok cool. I like to in. No consideration to allowing a full mornings rest. I have videos of the loud banging and cleaning ladies conversations upstairs. I will NOT recommend this hotel. Ever. I will gladly pay the extra money to stay at Inn at the Pier as their rooms are damn near sound proof compared to this hotel. I highly recommend management to stay in my room. From 7:30am to 11am. Is the most inconvenient place to be in that hotel, especially if you like to sleep in.
