It was a great hotel and the hospitality was above the expectation

The staff were very nice and polite. The room was so big with two double beds. The location is great. I used Uber to get to all commercial centers. It was about 8 minutes far. I'm sure I'll get back to Double hotel

Great little hotel, would definitely stay again!

The location was great, with several good restaurants in the surrounding blocks, and just a little further to many more options. The Capitol lake is a 5 min walk away to have a nice run or walk around the lake. There is also a decent local grocery store nearby with all of the essentials, and lots of little boutique shops in the surrounding area. The staff (front desk, housekeepers)were all very friendly, helpful, and addressed any needs we had expediently. They called me promptly after checkout to let me know we had forgotten a phone charger in the room. Beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Highly recommend this hotel!

On our first night the family above us had active kids who could be heard running and jumping around the room. Fortunately they checked out the next day and we had no further issues. So, I might request a top floor room in the future.

Perfect location. The staff is top-notch all the way around. Comfortable, well-sized rooms.

Gym is quite small but worked for us as long as it was just the two of us in there. Which it was every time we went. The construction is a big annoying for parking purposes but the staff was highly aware and did everything to make it not affect our stay.

The perfect location and fabulous staff

The perfect location to walk to everything downtown. The entire staff is too-notch and clearly wanted to be sure we had a wonderful stay.

The construction was slightly annoying as it made it more difficult to park and get in and out of the property. But we know it will be worth it when it’s done and it was really just a minor inconvenience.

The facility itself was under construction. Loud. Hallways and elevator were very dirty. Stained carpet, chipped paint, poor odor. Booked a room with a view. The view was blocked by construction equipment. Very disappointing.

The beds!!! So comfortable and cozy. The gym! Small and basic but provided all I needed. The staff!! The front desk and breakfast staff were accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. The location! Comfortable hotel in a convenient location

Good location near shops and restaurants and the farmers market. The room was well stocked with towels and the beds had plenty of pillows. Free (warm) cookies at check in! Complimentary coffee and tea (but no breakfast) available.

The lighting, especially around the mirror, wasn't great. The bathroom didn't have a fan, so it was very steamy after a shower. Parking was limited. Breakfast was $10 (and didn't look to be much more that what most hotels provide at not charge).

We love the location and the staff is excellent. We have been coming here for years.

The remodeled rooms are not quite as convenient as the older rooms. No overhead lights made the room darker and the lighted mirror was not bright enough when putting on makeup.

The staff at the hotel was amazing - from David at the front desk upon arrival to the bartender, very friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful location great staff mediocre hotel

The location is perfect for walking along the waterfront and close to restaurants and the Farmers Market

This hotel is not what I expected a Hilton Hotel to be like. The lobby was plain, the room looked out over the street and I asked for a room with a view which I found out was not possible because the third floor was being renovated. The room was clean but battered. I think that booking.com did not present this hotel as is. You should have told me that I wouldn’t get a room with a view and had better photos. The best thing was when I complained because I was so very disappointed the manager called booking and took a lot off the price of my room. Thanks Booking.com

Not what I expected

The staff was super friendly and helpful and always offered warm cookies! The housekeeping staff was amazing as well.The room had all of the amenities I look for but the layout was a little weird. The bed was comfortable. The TV was nice with Direct TV. There was a tiny microwave and fridge that both worked well. The hair dryer was good. The decor was weird but the room was functional.

The room layout was weird, the king size bed had tiny pillows. The shower needed more room for my stuff although shower supplies were provided. They're doing updates so maybe our room wasn't done yet, but our toilet seat was icky and the grout in the shower looked moldy. We had a 3rd floor room with a view of the water but the window was super dirty on the outside. The shower temperature fluctuated and the air conditioning didn't come on when it should but other times would freeze you out. The clock was off by like 28 minutes and it thought it was January. I have no idea how you wou set that thing.

The bartender was great.

The room was a nice size and very clean. The bed was comfortable.

The shower head was high and there is no diverter on it so you're hit with cold water as soon as you turn it on (it is a shower only). On the day of departure someone from housekeeping knocked on the door while I was still in bed. I had the security lock (the kind that flips over at the top of the door) on, was going to sleep longer and didn't get up. Next thing I know there is quite a racket at the door. I get up to see what is going on and there is a hand coming in the crack in the door trying to undo the security lock. It was a houseman! Seriously bad action on his part.

The bread had mold

When we arrived in my room, the toilet was dirty with urine stains and toilet paper inside the toilet. I went to the lobby and they changed my room and it was even dirtier, the toiles had urine it looks that never beencleaned, the carpet had almonds.

Location OK, very quiet and not a lot of life around but safe and good. Price quality good.

One of the bathrooms had a old, significantly used showertub that didn’t look clean… Also there was still an used bottle from previous guests in the mini fridge in our room. Breakfast very sober, neutral

Great location in Olympia

Great location with easy walking to restaurants and a great coffee shop. Friendly staff at the hotel and nice walking trail, around the lake, nearby.

Facility is getting a little rough around the edges. Particularly in the bathroom. Breakfast was good, but not good enough to justify the extra charge. Otherwise, a great stay.

The two main reasons I picked this hotel over another was because of the pool and free breakfast. I got an email from the hotel the day before my stay stating the pool was closed and would continue that way for the next few months. Then when I got there it was open, but I didn't pack a swimsuit because I was told it was closed. It listed breakfast in the amenities but said nothing about an extra cost. I assumed it would be free. Not even the coffee was free. And the "free cookies" are nowhere to be found. Should be advertised on booking.com that you have to pay extra for breakfast. Was not allowed to check in until 4pm and out by noon. That means I am not even getting 24 hours for my stay. I don't know how hotels keep getting away with this.

Coffee maker was too high to see instructions and see water levels but workable. Bottled water was 2.00 a bottle! We brought our own. Sink mirror outside of bathroom. I’m an early riser my husband not. Nothing blocking light from sink coffee maker or desk area.

Good alternative for staying in Olympia. By waterfront, farmers’ market, but walkable to downtown.

The staff was great—we had to cancel two nights of our stay because of a family medical emergency and they were both understanding and kindly approved the cancellation without penalty. The breakfast was fairly good—hot eggs, oatmeal, yoghurt, fruit, cereal, coffee. The room was comfortable and quiet. FREE PARKING was a great extra.

Pastries at breakfast could have been better, as well as having granola as a cereal option.
