The space:
"The Bungalow" is a 450 sq. ft. 1 bedroom guesthouse just above downtown Olympia. This guesthouse shares the property with our gorgeous 2 BR, 2 BA house, "The Laurels," that we also offer for short term rentals. Each rental has its own separate outdoor entrance and private yard. Super easy self check-in and 24 hour access.
Whether you are here on business, or for pleasure, The Bungalow is perfect.
In addition to the comfy private bedroom, you have a living room with a large futon that can sleep 1 person while in the couch position and 2 people when pulled out. Full kitchen with fridge, stove, toaster oven, coffee maker (coffee included), blender, dishes, utensils, pots/pans. Bedroom with memory foam mattress and pillows (heaven), dresser, full length mirror, iron and ironing board. Full bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. Air conditioning units in both rooms.
The Bungalow has a nice TV with basic cable and an Amazon Firestick, which allows you to log-in to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Hulu.
Guest access
Easy 24 hour access through your own outdoor, private entrance to the apartment. The code for the keypad lock will be provided 1-2 days prior to arrival. Super easy self check-in.
Interaction With Guests:
We allow you to enjoy your space un-interrupted. However, we live nearby if you need us. We respond almost immediately to any requests.
The Lovely Neighborhood:
Safe and friendly, the historic South Westside offers nice strolls through its eclectic homes and gardens. Be sure to grab an espresso from award winning Olympia Coffee Roasters, a few blocks away. Enjoy farm-fresh produce just down the street during our seasonal farmer's market. Kids love the nearby 'sprayground' at Woodruff Park during warm summer days! Hugely popular city pickleball courts two blocks away. We love how everything is walkable here, including downtown, West Bay waterfront and the Capitol Lake trails.
Ten minute walk to our vibrant waterfront downtown, to Capitol Lake or West Bay saltwater park. Ten minute walk to Capital Mall and the cinemas. Ten minute drive to the Evergreen State College or the State Capitol. We are one block from the bus line. Uber and Lyft respond super quickly to our neighborhood.
