Nice Location, Average Hotel

Nice location and nice hotel.

We went on a weekend and it was overrun by a youth sports team. Usually fine but we have little guys and they took over the pool super loud and rowdy. And then later on it was the same thing in the lobby. Just kids throwing footballs. I was suprised it was allowed. So it was bit much but I'm sure it is much different during the week.

Absolutely wonderful will be back

Loved the room with the tub for my disabled son. The evening lobby attendant was so sweet to help me when my son feeding tube spilt on the white sheets and blanket. I was afraid I would be charged for the deposit but the lady put notes in about our stay and took care of the bedding for us with no charge.

Bathroom fan didn’t work.

Noisy but nice room.

Convenient location for my travel from Bozeman to Seattle and back. Outbound was perfect, but the return, not so much

Do not ever accept a room facing the interstate. I was in room 434 and all night long I heard trucks driving by intermittently. By morning it was a steadier stream and better. I could not get the fan to stay on for white noise, it was pretty miserable. Last week I had a room on the opposite side and it was wonderful 😊

BAD - waste of money.

Nothing.

No power due to storm. They said we only had reservations for one room and we had booked and paid for two rooms through Booking.com. Hotel was not willing to work with us since we had booked through booking.com. Booking.com only has AI available on their customer service number and they say my booking number is not valid. I will never book with booking.com again. The weather is no one's fault but this experience was not good!

OK: I'd stay there again if I could get a decent shower

The hotel is very nice, pretty, woodsy location

No water pressure: the shower head is about 7 ft above the floor & that pathetic trickle of water was inadequate for a 5 1/2 ft tall person! Also, I've never seen a shower where the shower head & the on/off lever are on opposite sides of the shower stall(?)

General overall cleanliness, inside and out. Pleasant staff & good food (yes, there is a restaurant off the lobby), nice outdoor seating area. Safe parking, well lt. Even a small pool & whirl pool. All day complementary coffee/tea/wine..

Hotel is right off I-5, so there is some low level noise. Did not bother me .. Blowing vent hole on ceiling in room, cannot be turned off, creates a white noise condition.

Comfortable stop for an overnight

Room was comfortable, thermostat responsive to make room cooler for sleeping and a bit warmer when up and about. Coffee in room is always a good thing.

Rooms on freeway side of building, pretty loud all night long. Breakfast being an additional $17 was a bummer, makes a $175 stay a $190 one.

first time disappointed with Hilton

i've always booked at hilton and this was the first time breakfast wasn't included. for over $250 for 7 hours in a hotel room- no tub, no side lamp on both sides of the bed, no parking except over the neighboring hotel, i was disspointed

I really enjoyed my stay here and would come back.

I appreciated the amenities that were available such as complimentary coffee in the lobby, fitness center, and restaurant on-site. Staff were incredibly friendly and professional and the restaurant chef went above and beyond with preparing meals. He seemed to take a lot of pride in his work.

Food in the restaurant seemed a bit overpriced.

Great facility for a brief stay.

The hotel is located just off of Interstate 5 in Olympia. The property is very up to date and attractive. Staff is friendly and helpful. My room was well very well equiped and very clean. The in-house restaurant provides a limited menu, but allows guests to dine in without having to get back in the car. My meal was quite good and reasonably priced. Breakfast offerings are plentiful and breakfast was included in the price for my room.

The hotel is located just off Intersate 5, so road noise is a factor. Recommend that you ask for a room on the side of the hotel away from the highway.

Nice location in Olympia

I liked how one could choose from a buffet or a la carte breakfast and that free coffee, tea and hot chocolate were available. Dining room staff were really nice. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were a plus!

There was some confusion about our reservation and it took awhile to check in. I also did not get one of my room choices which I didn't fully understand. Appreciated the staff did putting us on the quiet side of the hotel (away from the freeway) though!

Great location! It felt secluded but was close to everything. The area was nice and quiet. The staff were absolutely amazing - so so nice!! The hotel was super clean.

Honestly, if the hotel had different pillows the stay would have been perfect! The pillows were super flat and uncomfortable.

Well worth the price.

It was quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed an extra night.

The breakfast buffet was 15.99 if you don’t get it with your room. It wasn’t worth paying for. The custom menu was more reasonable. Don’t expect the “restaurant” to have a good selection. However the shop has great prepackaged salads. Still an excellent choice.
