Human Trafficing cover.

It was clean and well kept but the staff and customer service was horrible, plus...even though it seemed cleaned and orderly, it also seemed like a cover up for a trafficing ring... the staff were young girls and there were multiple young woman I'm amd out of there over the week.

The staff was extreamly rude to me, they even charged me 250.00 extra dollars for smoking a cigarette on the sidewalk out front, I was around 20-25 feet away from the door but I guess the manager just didn't like me. They locked me out in the middle of the night when I went out for a smoke and attempted to call the police and have me removed but couldn't coarse the officers to believe what they were saying. It was extreamly sad to see the amount of young adults and vulnerable elders were in and out of that hotel over the course of a week.

Room, hallway, and elevator were pretty dirty. People started stomping around above us through the night, when it should’ve been quiet time.

Many dogs with people staying there. Hallway smelled like dog pee. Price was very high compared to value. Overall a bad experience. Room had a hole in the bathroom door as if someone punched it. I am sure maintenance team had seen it but left as is. Stayed there only a few hours to sleep and left early in the morning.

Big room with a mini-kitchen. The woman on checkout was very professional and friendly.

The check in staff was very unprofessional and almost rude. No pots/pans, dishes, utensils, in mini kitchen. NO ICE MACHINE!!!! No ice cube trays in frig. The floor was very dirty.

Not a comfortable visit, unsafe area with questionable activities in and out of building

New building, room was nice.

This property is used by a program supporting homeless housing. Top floors dedicated to “long term residents” who don’t respect the facility or travelers. Hallways noisy all night, dogs barking and frequent police activity with the “residents”.

Poor, will not go back.

I liked the idea of this place, but everything listed was not in room. Hair dryer, towels, paper cup, bedding for the pull out. No shower curtain, water was everywhere.

Reserved and paid for two queen beds, was given one queen with a single pull out sofa. Not adequate for 2 people. I was told Booking.com will reserve these rooms first and they didn't get a chance to call to see if a sofa bed was enough. Hotel was full this night, so no other room was available. No shower curtain, 2 towels for 4 people when asked for more never got them. No paper cups or anything to drink water. Batteries were dead in remove. After two hours of waiting, we checked out. No bedding for a pull out sofa, when 4 of us checked in.

Guessing most guests stay for an extended period. Reasonably priced. No frills.

Easy on, off I5 (once I found it). Comfortable bed. Just stayed one night. I didn't use the kitchenette (full cooktop, fridge) but can see someone staying for an extended period finding this very useful. Nice gym/workout area with what appeared to be good equipment. Safe. Needed key to enter hallway from lobby.

Small signage at main entrance. Drove around for 10 minutes, then finally called front desk for instructions. $100 Deposit, which is fine. Except, they charged my credit card twice for this deposit. Both charges were reversed by the manager, but guests shouldn't have to deal with this. No hair dryer in room. No iron or ironing board in room. The only drinking water was the fountain in the gym area.

I would not stay here!

The updated room it’s self was nice

There were multiple dogs barking all night long. They put a $2500 hold on my bank account when I was only staying one night. When asked about it I was told it was due to my bank. When I called my bank they said it was the hotel that does that. The staff in the morning acted like it was not a big deal. Please be aware of holds they put on bank accounts !

My stay was not good I was treated poorly and threatened with security when I needed a new key.

There is no breakfast. Location is good.

It wasn't as clean as it should of been, the beds are uncomfortable. Also the nightime staff was extremely rude even threatened me with security when I had to get a new key card and I was being nice.

Booked pet friendly room and dog hair stuck to remote and all over the corners of the room. There was poop on the floor of the bathroom and down the side of the toilet. Main sleeping area was what I expected for the cost.

Super clean!

Because it's brand new, it's sooooo wonderfully clean. I hope they give the cleaning staff the proper time and tools to maintain it so that it can stay so clean. It was dark and rainy when we arrived, and hard to find (as it is behind another building), but aside from that, I was glad I stayed there.

They could use another sign/ banner by the driveway as it was challenging to find.
