This location was ok but we were disappointed because we drove out all the way from San Francisco because it was a reasonable price compared to all the rooms in the city that date we reserved it through bookings.com and when we arrived the hotel worker was not there and the security guard told us they are done for the evening. So there was not room for us. Luckily I decided to have a smile before heading back to the city and end up parked outside the location for an hour smoke and stayed on the phone. The front desk worker finally came back into the office and the security end up coming and knocking on our window and stated that they had rooms all of the sudden. We end up booking and then got to the room and had a 75 percent clean room. Women hair in the bathroom and the AC unit didn't work until he came and did something to the AC. Really upset we asked to speak to the manager the following morning but they have not contacted me back. Lastly location seemed a bit busy , if you know what I am saying. #bladework

The bathtub was clogged, toilet didnt flush, I paid for rooms that were non smoking and rooms smelled of smoke, one of the rooms had blood on the door, there was homeless outside the rooms, and there was also roaches

They steal here. Dont book !! I booked a week and had to leave in two days because of tweakers and a couple fighting everyday .. they said they would refund me . One month later they dont want to . 🐀🐀🐀. Ihope you all get four hundred stolen from you. Just like you guys stole from me. Worst hotel in the world hands down!! Employess suck. Location sucks

Was there multiple days and had the same problems in two different rooms with tv not working. Only worked for an hour or two then wouldn’t show. Ice machine on premises did not work out of order and had to purchase ice to keep my food stuff from spoiling. Was not taken seriously when complained about problems and was denied any kind of discount for inconveniences. I still feel like I’m owed something??

I didn't like being woken up at 3pm just 2 hours after checking in , I work nights and was trying to get some sleep. It was painters that woke me up from pounding on the door over & over telling me to open the door for next 3 hours so they could paint both sides

2 beds, running water, flush toilet

No amenities- shampoo, conditioner, lotion. No kleenex. Stained towels and “fluids” on the walls, blood on the floor. My daughter has a special flashlight. No microwave or fridge. The people above us were up and running around in their room and up and down the stairs until 4:45am.
