Breakfast at this rate is not to be expected, usually grab and go, if lucky. The breakfast provided here is by no means illustrious, and neither is the dining area. However it is far better than the big bowl of nothing that would be a fair expectation elsewhere.

Elevator hasn't worked for some time. There is a large pothole upon entry, also been there a long time.

Comfort inn lives to its name.

Cleaned well put propertie easy access Conveniently local area location,good comfortable guaranteed stay beds are very clean and comfortable to sleep in. Best local hotel experience I ever had. They also have a good selection of breakfast that starts at 6am.

The bed, shower, bathroom, tv, and lights were great. The wifi was excellent. Breakfast was awesome. Nearby Walmart has quick charge stations

The first day breakfast they ran out of yogurt, waffle mix, plates, fruit. How can you run out of plates? The second day was better because we were the first in line on a Saturday morning.

The location wasn’t horrible. Two beds for decent price.

The elevator was down. No pool. Floors needed to be vacuumed . It smelled in hallways, but not in the room. Worst breakfast. Barely any options. I didn’t trust ordering room service with what was given at breakfast. I immediately regretted picking this hotel, but it what somewhere to sleep for a couple days.

Elevator not working.

Elevator not working so we did not check in but still got charged for cancellation !!!

We ended up not checking in and acceded to a one night penalty for cancelling late. The only available room at the time we checked in was in the 2nd floor which would have been okay if the elevator was working. I came from a 13-hour flight with big check in bags. It definitely is not convenient to be carrying a 50-pound bag and another 20-pound hand carry bag one floor up. I was made to understand that the cancellation will be done free of charge since the inconvenience was caused by the hotel. I was dumbfounded to see a charge in my card. Did not bother to argue and follow up. I simply won't book here again and definitely will not recommend.

The got water was cold! Only after I made it known did they turn up the water pressure. No chair in the room for comfort. Totally dissatisfied with my stay.

Overall my stay was mediocre. I only say this because at least there was peace and quiet however, it would’ve been DECEN

Honestly at a first glance I could not see the location as there was no sign. I was traveling with family. For starters the elevators were unavailable and my father who has a bad foot had to forcefully go up the stairs and I had to help him each time he got up or down. Then, the beds were not very comfortable as they were very springy. I did not get a good nights rest, the selection of snacks at the bottom floor were subpar as well as the drinks. The entry points were very awkward and the staff were speaking to me like I was not very bright.

Clean, updated hotel and rooms. Staff were constantly cleaning. Towels were thick and plush. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Close to highway. There is a Target across the street.

Slow checkin. Only one staff checking in. The other woman said she was “0ff the clock” and couldn’t help us. Never say or do that to your customers. I did kill a bug in our room. The footprint of these rooms are old. Bathroom sink is out in the open and immediately when you walk into your room. Blinds were clunky and kinda worn. Furniture was in good shape though having been recently renovated. Bed was comfortable. Coffee in room. Breakfast is subpar. Powdered eggs, limp bacon, yogurt, Cheerios, muffins, sliced bread and waffles.

Clean the room.

My family and I stayed in this place for 3 days, we only came to bathe and sleep, two of the three days there was no hot water to bathe and the days were very cold, which caused me to rent another hotel room to bathe to my 82 year old mom. I reported this situation on the 2 occasions they promised a refund of money for the inconvenience and until today after a month and 15 calls to the hotel to remind them of my refund I have never received any refund of money. The room is very dark, small to walk around and the breakfast included is very limited.. I definitely not recommend this places specially if you have family on wheelchair.

the outlet for coffee maker is dead. we were advised to plug coffee somewhere in room. corners of bed are protruding we always hit our knees. the exhaust in bathroom sounds like a helicopter when turned on. iron is broken we were asked to switch with an empty room.
