I got a feeling (mostly in my throat) the air freshener kills bugs mice and possibly small children. Gotta change my clothes as soon as I leave. Leave the window wide open!

Ahmed was rude went down to tell him about how dirty the room was and he started yelling at me telling me to go to my room and couldn’t do anything. My friends booked a room with a king size bed and when we got here he said they didn’t have any rooms left with a king bed charged them more and told them they could cancel the room and it get a refund or stay in a room with a double bed. Rooms were filthy !! Had food in the ac vents food on the ground from the last people. Hair in the beds floors were broken the rooms smelt bad. TERRIBLE experience DO NOT STAY HERE

There was noise of somekind right above me every 10 to 15 min tood front desk and they said oh no i just was up there and it is quiet . Which was a lie because it kept going till about 1am them it started nack up again at about 6 am .very loud noises .

If I could give this place a 0 I would. The bathroom stands were falling apaprt. There was stains on the blanket and walls. And mold in the room especially on the window seal. Th place was filthy and room looked fun down. When I got to the hotel outside in the parking lot there was a drug deal going on. On the side you can see people shooting up their arms. How is that a safe environment? This place is ridiculous. The customer service was horrible both manager and staff was disrespectful. Spoke to the manager Lisa she hung up on the phone and didn’t want to listen to anything i had to say. Plus the excuse of that they don’t take card and only cash. And that the rooms don’t have microwave and fridge that I needed to pay extra to have that in the room. They just put 40$ in their pocket. Be careful if what they charge. They don’t refund or help you with anything. Be AWARE AND careful if you even choose to go here.
