Room was very clean but cold due to no occupancy. Heater air filter needed cleaning to effectively heat room. Beds were firm and comfortable. Enjoyed the verity of pillow firmness. Great job

Low standard for the price

1 The room I asked for. Had to ask again at lobby.
2 No towels.
3 The heater air filter was cleaned by me 2 weeks ago but staff did not clean any other room air filters. The cleaning by me removed 1/8 inch of fine dust/debris.
4 The room was cold even though i had asked for the heater to be turned on at a specific time.
