For a budget hotel, it was by far the best condition I have ever seen. The side door security system was modern and worked well. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean with virtually no deferred maintenance noticed. The area was surprisingly quiet as well. I would definitely book a room here should I come back to the area again.

Continental breakfast waffles, cereal, baked goods and drinks for adults & kiddo. Truly a Howard Johnson welcome and send off. Brought back 1970s road trip memories, we always stayed at HJs!

Facility was well kept except some cleanliness. Receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable. It is close to our daughter's home. Bed was comfy. Good security.
Toilet didn't flush well. Shower pan was partially painted grey/ black. Lack of elevator.
