Staff was great. They explained everything well at check in. Beds were comfy and the curb appeal with nice.
The pool and spa seemed to have A LOT of chlorine. Which not always a bad thing, keeps water more clean. But maybe neutralize it a tad

Check in was great, the room was ready and everything was clean and tidy. The front desk manager was very nice.
While we were out of our room, on our second day, we had put a do not disturb on our door knob. We were gone about 4 hours to a function. When we returned there was a spot of blood on one of our bed pillows, which was still damp, that wasn't there before. With white pillows that we were looking at before we left, which were clean, it was easy to notice. Someone had been in our room, very unnerving. The little girl on the desk on Saturday night came and got the pillow and brought us a clean one but then when we checked out no one wanted to admit they were in our room.
