Room and property new and modern. Very clean. Rooms were good size. Small kitchenette, table and chairs, side chair, and balcony.

No hotel parking available so you had to park on the street nearby.

Modern and comfortable. I like the fact the room was not carpeted. Liked restaurant.
Our room cleanliness was subpar. The bathroom and kitchenette areas were clean. The bedroom and sitting areas were not. See photos of dust and crumbs. Sofa was stained.
There is a high price($32)for secure overnight parking. If you want to protect one’s property in this high crime area, you are forced to use the valet.
