The young man who checked me in at the desk was extremely professional and helpful it was a very warm welcome and I will be coming back to this location for work every 3-4 months

i asked for a room near the lobby during my booking but the clerk didn't notice it and gave me a room on the 2nd floor and when I asked about it she apologized right away and upgraded the room and gave me a room on the ground floor at no extra charge, no questions asked. Very pleasant.

We liked that it was close to the freeway. Conveniently located with short drive to major facilities.
The room was not very clean. Found pet hair more than a few times. No room service provided. Ran out of toiletries. Uncomfortable/ old pillows.
