It’s a junkie hotel.

Our room was filthy. The carpets in the hallway and room were stained and smelled bad.

Unrestful

Dirty, run down and its like a welfare hotel with parking lot with broken down cars, garbage, pallets, basically a junk yard. The worst is a blaring alarm that goes off all night. Its a siren, then a speaker warning folks, (homeless, drug addicts, thieves?) that they are tresspassing, on camera and best leave. They must ignore it as it went off about every hour all night long. Ill not stay again.

Turn off alarm, clean up the parking lot and renovate the place: new carpet and paint would help! Some non stained furniture in lobby would be nice too.I was scared of bed bugs so left my bags in bath tub. I was worried my car would be robbed..That alarm must be there for a reason.

Overall stay was pleasant and will return in a few months

Disappointed that breakfast was a brown bag with no options or place to sit down and relax.

Both bathroom sinks had no hot water, handles on second faucets were reversed. Light fixture over sink were different bulbs different lights.

The bed was the only thing positive. It was comfortable.

It was filthy dirty, the carpets were disgusting. There was no bedside lamp so I had to turn on the TV to go to the bathroom at night. It was run down and old, there was a ceiling stain in my room where you could tell that the floor above had leaked. It was very noisy. I will never stay here again. It should not be on booking.com. I stay using booking.com all of the time and have never been unsatisfied. Please remove it from booking.com so that others don't have to experience this hotel.

It was very nice and I would stay there again.

The staff is exceptional. Really appreciated the kind people on all shifts. They all should be rewarded for their efforts to make sure guests are comfortable and happy. The pool was wonderful and very nice. The location was perfect for us to attend the Special Olympics. Beds were comfortable.

The room we were given did not have a fridge or microwave in it. However, one phone call and the problem was taken care of. The bathroom sink was in really bad shape. Rust stains in it. It needs to be replaced. The elevator has some problems. It closes the door really quick and is difficult to stop. This could hurt someone if not able to make it stop. I know there is probably not anything that can be done about the homeless people living in the parking lot next door but that was kind of scary. However, staff offered to go out with us if we wanted it. Our room had a table with no chairs. We asked for chairs and were given one. We had four people in the room. We made due with it though. The lady helping us seemed to have a hard time moving things and we did not want her to do anymore and cause something to happen to her. Breakfast was served in paper lunch bag. All foods were high in sugar and no options for someone who has dietary needs. We were thinking there would be oatmeal and toast or something like that and perhaps some fruit. It was fine and we made it work but one reason we came here was for the free breakfast. I hope this changes.

Disaster in Corvallis

Nothing

Everything. The facility was old, rundown with dirty carpet. It is a haven for homeless people who need temporary stays . The staff was rude when we commented about the condition of this property they stated "You don't have to stay here!" Do, we didn't, we left!

Location was great & the staff was awesome! Plenty of parking. This place with location could be amazing with some remodeling/ updating!

Room was dated. Not enough plugs near bed & coffee pot needs upgrade, it was old & coffee was horrible & they did not provide water. Old carpet & just all around dated feel. Still has popcorn ceiling. Doors especially bathroom looked like someone tried to escape.

Mattresses were excellent

We booked 2 one room, rooms with two queen beds, when we arrived, we had two queens in one room and one bed in the other room. We reserved one room for four people and one room for three people. I don’t know how they expected us to have three people in one bed They did provide a cot. When I received your confirmation, it confirmed two rooms. I didn’t realize that I had to drill down several more pages to find out actually what two rooms you confirmed and add that they were not the rooms that I had ordered. Does that make any sense OK? In addition, the hot water could not be turned off in one room. I let the property know and their response was to turn off the hot water under the sink at the wall so in order for us to wash our faces, we had to turn the hot water off all on at the wall, and then turn it off again at the wall for four days

If you need a cheap place to crash while you're in town doing other stuff, hard to beat the price!

Friendly, responsive staff were happy to help and answer questions and solve problems. Comfortable beds. Prompt, regular cleaning daily. And it's hard to beat the price!

The shower in my room didn't work, so I switched to another room on my second day. Overall the property has a pretty run-down feeling, windows kind of grimy, sinks a little chipped and rusty, some door hardware broken (the little extra latch thing you swing over, whatever that's called) which I'm guessing could be a peace of mind thing for some travelers.

the room had a very comfortable bed & bedding, the room was clean. the sack breakfast was very good.

the load speaker alarm constantly going off all night due to 'trespassers' in the parking area...it was very disruptive to a good nights sleep! Also, the room needed some repairs (wires hanging from ceiling, sink faucet dripping and very hard to turn on). There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room and the microwave in the lobby was removed the next morning. I'm a tea drinker and there was no way to fix a cup.

Liked the location. Liked the rooms well enough. management and front desk staff were fine.

Stayed for continental breakfast, only to find out they offered “grab and go” bags only. Pool wasn’t open yet, I know it’s not Memorial Day, but there should be some flexibility on opening due to weather. Poor interactions with house keeping,

Great place to stay. Pet friendly. Some still need to be improved but livable for a short stay.

- Wifi is stable for my video calls and meetings. - I like that when I put a do not disturb sign there was no one disturb me to clean the room while I was working/in a meeting. - I like that they have a pool. I also like that there was someone at the counter early in the morning (5:30 am) when I check out. - Water is also great (sink/bath), no issue of not having hot/cold water. - A block to prevent water splash at the tub is a great idea to have. - Toilet has no issue flushing and backup toilet paper is provided. - Heater/AC works great although a bit noisy. - Has luggage stand available as well as hangers and a hair dryer. - Plenty of towels although I didn't need that much. - Bed and pillow is comfy and clean. - Able to use the side door at the end of the building makes my journeys more convenience. - Location next to Elmer's is a good choice and bus stops are available nearby. - Plenty of parking. - Dog allows is a plus. - Love the sign up front next to Elmer's too as the light from the sign also helpful when drive into the parking lot.

- The elevator after shampooing still smell weird and quite stink. - There was no mini fridge in the room to store my left over. - The sink doesn't have something to prevent things from falling into the drain. - I need to carry extension cord and use it as the outlet is pretty far from the table by the window. - Remote TV is confusing and hard to navigate. A list of programs and channel number would be great. - I wish we can access the side door from outside using key card (it was not working). - The location is a bit far from downtown so after the bus stop running it was quite a walk. - The outside in front of the hotel was not super clean and sometimes weird people sitting there makes me nervous and feeling not quite safe. - Can hear others in next room from time to time is not great for someone who have hard time sleeping or want some more privacy in their conversations. - Some stuff in the room might need maintenance (e.g. multiple light switches that leads to nothing happen, lamp shade fall off, loud heater/AC, etc.) - Lots of tiny soaps and bottles (and possibly breakfast grab & go) still comes with plastic packages that cannot biodegradable, which should be switched to something more earth friendly.

Don't stay here.

Not much went well. This motel is in need of a major rehaul. Wouldn't ever stay there again.

Everything could have been better. This hotel is totally dated and didn't feel safe. Carpets are filthy. Rooms are dated and stale. Homeless were hanging around outside. Elevator was broken.

for $225 a night this was a poor excuse for a hotel. The bed sheets were dirty, pool was dirty and we had to ask to even use it. also freezing cold inside. Breakfast was a granola bar. Front entrance was a mess and staff was scattered and un helpful.

Hopeless feeling

Room wasn't cleaned, the fridge had mold and the floors weren't vacuumed. The reception clerk was missing when we arrived and came from upstairs after we were waiting for 20+ mins. There where homeless living by the bikeracks, the car lots security cameras where going off all night.

Great location, great staff, great value!

The staff were all really nice, friendly, and helpful. Free parking. free breakfast. Our 2 queen bed room was very spacious. Close to everything including restaurants and Oregon State University.

Rooms desperately need to be remodeled. At times we couldn't turn off the sink all the way. There was only one working outlet in the room.
