The place is over priced and needs lots of upgrades.

I was not aware they offered breakfast.

I didn't like the heater. It was noisy and outdated. I did not like the shower handle either. It literally came off when I pulled on it to turn it on.

The manager was very helpful and friendly..It was fine for our overnight stay.

This was a basic hotel, good value for an overnight stay on our way to the coast. It was very clean and the bed and shower were fine. It had a good tv, mini fridge, microwave and new heating. If you are looking for extras like a coffee pot, a hairdryer, or good shampoo, etc. bring your own. The price was fair and was at least one hundred dollars less than the other hotels that we researched in Corvallis.

I had to stand outside and call someone to come to an outside window before I could go inside. It was cold and rainy.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

The location was the only thing good about this property.

Starts the hotel is extremely run down. Our tv didn’t work and the lock on the door hardly worked. Secondly there was fighting all night and if that didn’t keep you up the cars constantly going would. If you were still asleep through that listening to the other residents music all night would be you awake. Finally the ants crawling around the whole room was a nice touch.

The room was great; good sized, very clean without smelling like cleaning agents, quiet, well maintained. It was a very comfortable room to spend a couple of nights. The price was fair.

From the outside, it looks a little rundown and dated. It isn’t as great as the inside is. The outside access doors don’t lock. The ice machine was broken. There wasn’t a coffee maker in the room.

This was just an overnight pit stop and provided for a good nights sleep.

Cleanliness of the room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Working refrigerator, microwave and TV. Easy access to the internet.

Bathroom door was rubbing against the door jamb and would not close. The baseboard heater did not work, the thermostat seemed to be OK but no heat from the baseboard heater. Toilet seat was loose. Ice maker was out of order.

Well suited to my need for an inexpensive, clean room near restaurants and an event we attended.

Location close to restaurant and event. We were able to leave our car in (free) parking at the hotel, walk to a nice restaurant and Uber to and from the event.

Close to the University for a quick rest after a long tiring day for the families.

Dishonest Manager. After checking in late night, he agreed for check out at 12 noon instead of 11am next morning. But, he denied saying the same, in the morning & was very adamant to check us out at 11 am

What a kind man

The incredible helpful man in the office. He was so very kind to my daughter and myself by letting us check out 2 hours later than normal. I am a Traveling Healthcare worker, and I had just gotten off work at 0630. I had to work the same day less than 8 hours later. He allowed me to stay longer to rest and sleep. Very considerate

if you’re just looking for a cheap bed to sleep for the night, this is your place otherwise I don’t recommend it

Not a whole lot, except it was easy to find from the highway

well, the bed was about as wiggly as a slab of Jell-O. It was on a poor frame on a very uncomfortable mattress. The room smelled very musty. there were no outlet covers on the walls around the outlets. And then there was the road construction crew that worked until 4 AM. We got absolute zero sleep so we checked out early and they wouldn’t give us a refund.

The stay was fine.

Interaction with management was great. They were patient and helpful throughout the stay. The bed was just fine. Having a desk area was nice.

There was no breakfast. I would have appreciated a coffee pot in the room or the availability of a snack/drink machine as there were no easy places to get such items. I discovered on my last morning that the water for the tub was not working well and the management said they would look into it.

Stayer beware

Hmmmm.

Very unsecure. Doors to property all opened with people not staying there coming in and out. Beds are rock hard. I wasn’t expecting even a 3 star but this was below that. Do some upgrading for Pete’s sake, and secure your building! We were there for parents’ weekend and was gouged for this motel in price! Ridiculous.

This hotel fit our needs but for the price I would have expected basic amenities such as an iron & coffeemaker.

Good location. Room was very clean. Plenty of towels. Fridge & microwave.

Disappointed the room did not have a coffeemaker or iron/ironing board (the 1 time I actually needed to use it!). No local information or tv guide. Half the channels were frozen. Beds need to be upgraded, mattresses were hard. While the room was clean, the amenities were VERY minimal.

The beds were firm and comfortable. The room was quiet. We were in walking distance of alot of fun bars and restaurants. Close to the river. We've stayed there many times, on our way to the coast and it's always been a positive experience.

I left my cell phone charger plugged in by the bed. :-(

Location worked well. Bathroom and bedding were clean.

No clock with an alarm. No channels on TV. No coffee in room. No breakfast. The noise was off the charts. And to make it all worse, I paid over $550.00 to stay 2 nights with my wife. I got @#$%^.
