Great location, nice rooms

The location of the hotel and the modern design of the rooms were great.

No fault of the hotel, but unfortunately, the Saturday night we stayed at the hotel coincided with a large wedding group staying at the hotel too. They were very loud and hung out on the exterior hallways and parking lot in the middle of the multiple buildings that comprise the hotel. Consider asking if there’s a large group event coinciding with your stay.

It was ok, and it worked for the 2 nights but I wont be booking there again.

The size of the room was ok. The room was clean and organized.

The location was on a busy main street. It is more of a "motel" such as a Motel 6 remodeled and called a Hotel. Rooms had thin walls- you could hear the TV and people next door, when doors opened and closed, plus the cars on the road. They says pets are allowed but there is not place to take your pet to go to the bathroom, except around the corner to somebody's yard, not cool. They charge $20 an hour extra if you need to check out even 15 min after 11am with prior coordination.

From the outside this property fits the description of an old 50s motor inn trying to keep up with 2025 but might be falling behind. However when I stepped into their room I was astonished at how cleverly redesigned they were! The designer updated, but kept true to, the charm of the 50/60s era and added a touch of artistic industrial look! Rooms are very spacious, clean, well lit and comfortable. Lots of room in the bathroom for ‘getting ready’. Firm mattress, great pillows. Free Pac-Man, gracious hostess! Great location! If you’re staying in Corvallis, stay in the old charm and character of the city…..skip the sterile, boring franchised chains. Enjoy some hometown beauty and personality! You won’t regret it! You have to stay here!

The 1 bdrm apt rooms were spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The exterior of the buildings looked a little sketchy, but inside the rooms were great!

Overall pretty great except the dirty floors.

We were traveling with a baby that was crawling, was stoked to have no carpet as we wanted the floors to be clean for the baby. They were super dirty and it was pretty stressful trying to keep him on the blanket, etc. His knees and feet were black from all the dirt.

Location to OSU for graduation and for safe walking to local Eateries.

Parking was competitive and my second night I arrived about 9:40pm And had to park on an alternative street even though I had let Them know I needed 2 nights.

Such a charming place. I love that they kept the 60s vibe but updated it into a cute boutique hotel. And the beds were sooooo comfortable. The location in downtown is perfect walking distance to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back.

Greatest place I've stayed for that long (over a week). I was alone but didn't feel alone.

The staff was the best especially Oliver and Kelly. So friendly and fun. Bed was great, the decor and atmosphere with central lobby with free nostalgia games and pop shop with drinks and music play on outside patio. Loved it. Walking to lots to see downtown. Thanks

The cost compared to other hotels in town was very good. Taking an older motel and refurbishing the rooms is a great idea. The "retro" vibe is good.

The hotel allows pets. There were small dogs left in a hotel room at night and I had to call the front desk because they were barking and yapping incessantly.

An adorable remodel of a vintage motel. Extremely clean, comfortable with thoughtful touches…but the best part was the friendly staff. Appreciate the car charger. Location is perfect for OSU and downtown.

It was a good stay. We felt safe and enjoyed downtown Corvalis.

The room was spotless and the beds were comfy. The interior wall was painted cement bricks and the decor had a contemporary, converted urban loft feeling. The hotel is only 3 blocks from the river which has a beautiful park alongside it with sculptures, murals painted on the sides of buildings, and plenty of restaurants. It's walkable to downtown which is lovely. Lots of great indie businesses.

Great location, very walkable to the main downtown area I needed to go to. Also very clean and comfortable. External facing doors can be iffy if you're traveling alone as a woman, no safety concerns at all at this hotel.

A clean, updated, dog friendly room conveniently located near the university.

We chose this hotel because it was pet friendly and located near the vet hospital at OSU where our dog was having surgery. We were pleasantly surprised by how updated the rooms were. Modern, clean aesthetics. Very comfortable mattress. Great lighting. Great shower. We appreciated the carpet free flooring. Our pup enjoyed sleeping on the couch!

There were nice room darkening curtains on the window, but when those were open to let light in, there was no privacy. It would be nice to have some sheer, translucent curtains under the room darkening ones to let natural light in while maintaining privacy.
