4/10 The bed was clean and I was able to brush my teeth, but I won't be back.

Breakfast was great. There was a good selection of the standard breakfasts you'd see at a hotel. Check-in was pretty quick, no complaints. There was plenty of parking available. The coffee was okay, I would put it on par with gas station coffee.

There was no water pressure in the shower or hot water. The best it could muster was a lukewarm stream. Power outlets in my coworker's room did not work he had to charge his phone in the lobby. Reactions from the front desk were apathetic at best towards our complaints.

Shuttle not available when I needed it

The room was available.

A shuttle service to the airport was advertised. It is THE reason I chose this hotel when other hotels were closer to the airport. When I asked about using it, the employee told me it didn't start running until 7 am. I had to book an Uber for 5:30 to get to the airport for my 7:40 flight. I specifically stated in the requests section that I would need to use the shuttle for a 7 am flight. Either no one read that, or they read it and failed to tell me that they couldn't accommodate my request. I would have spent a little more money to get closer to the airport if I had known I was going to have to call an Uber regardless of where I stayed. I will not stay at a Holiday Inn again because of this.

Clean and comfortable hotel and great staff!

Hotel was clean and maintained. The breakfast was great and the staff that work in the kitchen are friendly. I liked that they had an actual door on the bathroom instead of some other Holiday Inns that use the barn door style door.

The only thing we wished is that the bathroom had an exhaust fan.

Ive stayed in many Holiday Inns and that was by far the worst room ever.

Breakfast ok and staff pleasant

Room smelled bad( sprayed perfume to make it smell better) tiny bathroom. No extra blanket. Phone filthy can tell it never gets wiped off. Friends stayed in next room over and they had same issues. Embarrassed I chose and booked 2 rooms for all of us

Everything! The staff was helpful and friendly the facilities were beautiful, with comfortable and large rooms with all the amenities. The breakfast was overwhelming with variety and fresh fruits , eggs , sausage and all.

Staff was ok but when I tried to checkout the receptionist gave me a hard time. Bed was made and towels changed daiily.

Location was good. Customers sitting around downstairs drinking alcohol. The lobby looked dark and attractive. Breakfast was not good, at all.

We were there for the Kentucky Derby so it was a great location close to the airport and close to Churchill Downs.

No bar/restaurant. Although they did serve breakfast in the morning that was it. The a/c in our room wasn’t the best.

Leaving. This was a pure strikeout of a stay.

I had room issues. When reporting that a light was hanging out of the ceiling and not working I was told, “sorry, engineering is not in until morning.” Further, the staff said because I booked on booking.com and wasn’t an IHG member there was nothing that could be done until morning.
