It was my first time experiencing a place like that. It was one of the best experiences of my life. Everything was so clean it was quiet. Great food great friendly staff. Thank you for such a great experience. My husband and I will definitely be back

I wish the shuttle from the hotel to Louder Than Life ran a little later. Missed the last shuttle by 15 minutes because the crowds exiting the festival were massive.

Wonderful clean comfortable hotel

Our room was very comfortable, quiet, esthetically pleasing, and clean. Upon exiting the elevator to go to our room you could smell the freshness of the place in the air. I would highly recommend. The rooms were very quiet. I could hardly ever hear other people talking. Only when people were most likely walking past our room. I could not hear any noise from the casino below, and it was very busy with a DJ.

The shower design with the soft rubber floor bumper to keep water in while showering did not contain all the water. Some water would escape and wet a small portion of the bathroom floor. Everything else was good.
