Welcome to a cozy retreat in the heart of Crescent Hill! This spacious 2-bedroom carriage house sleeps up to 8 and features an open-concept layout, a full kitchen, and modern amenities. Relax on the private deck overlooking a scenic park, or take a short stroll to Frankfort Ave’s restaurants and shops. Thoughtful details like snacks, coffee pods, and kid-friendly gear make it feel like home. Perfectly located near downtown, Churchill Downs, and Cherokee Park for an unforgettable Louisville stay.
This house is one block from Frankfort Ave. in the quaint but trendy crescent hill/ Clifton neighborhoods. Some of the best restaurants and coffee shops in Louisville are only a few minutes walk from this home as well as the beautiful recreational Cherokee park. The carriage sits 10 feet away from a beautiful park and historic mansion!
Entire Carriage House: Guests have full access to the 2-bedroom apartment, including the private deck and all interior spaces.
Parking: Free, designated parking is available behind the property. Follow the pathway to the clearly marked guest entrance.
Park Next Door: Adjacent to a scenic park, perfect for morning strolls, picnics, or letting kids and pets play.
Nearby Attractions: Located within walking distance to shops and eateries on Frankfort Avenue, and a short drive to downtown Louisville, Churchill Downs, and Cherokee Park.
Additional Space Options: For larger parties, consider booking the nearby Peterson Mansion to accommodate more guests seamlessly.

House Rules:
Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM to allow time for cleaning.
Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged depending on availability—please ask ahead of time.
Noise Awareness:
The carriage house is situated above a working garage. Some daytime noise may occur when the garage is in use.
Garage usage is minimal and usually during business hours; however, light sleepers may want to plan accordingly.
Safety Lighting:
The pathway and stairs to the entrance are well-lit, but motion-sensor lights have been installed for added convenience at night.
Pet Policy:
Pets are welcome for a small cleaning fee. Please inform us in advance if you are bringing a pet.
Family Amenities:
Families with children will appreciate the thoughtful extras like a highchair, pack ‘n play, and a small selection of child-safe dinnerware.
Laundry Access:
A full-size washer and dryer are located within the unit. Detergent is provided and stored visibly for easy use.

Really enjoyed the Carriage House on a hot early fall weekend in Louisville. Location is perfect for visiting downtown, NuLu, or about anywhere else you'd want to be in and around the city. Clean, comfortable, open space, and an extra bed in one room for your friend who needs to crash rather than drive home after a night at the distilleries. Only issue we had was that given the high ceilings in the main room, cooling the place down took a while in the unseasonably warm weather. But that's relatively minor; highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again if visiting Louisville.
