In the top of the square of Cala Gavetta port, in a holiday resort. Charming penthouse in very peaceful and airy, fully renovated and newly furnished with taste as you can see from the photos made in January 2012. Located in a small building of six apartments recently built.
So composed:
-Stay With led tv SAT, a sofa bed and bathroom, kitchen with a small table.
-Terrace With sea views and a possibility of total closure, with table, chairs, sofas and armchairs, you can see all the islands of the archipelago.
-double Room with led tv, bathroom and balcony.
-Double Two beds and two beds retractable drawer with access to the terrace.
-garage Double.
ARRIVAL: Saturday 12.00 pm (unless otherwise agreed)
DEPARTURE: Saturday after 10.00 am (unless otherwise agreed)
In the period from September to March it is possible to arrive on any day of the week.
With regular lease for seasonal dwellings from San Mars Construction S. rl:
A deposit of 30% must be paid at time of booking and the final balance of the amount due must be paid immediately at the time of taking possession of Attica.
It 'expected a small content security deposit.
NB included: linen, gas, electricity, water and cleaning of arrival and departure.

What an outstanding discovery! The apartment is much better than what you see in the pictures. The views are spectacular!The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need.The bed is very comfortable. The air conditioning is excellent. There are two very comfortable couches. It was a pleasure to be able to watch Netflix as well. Luciano was the perfect host, always available at a moment’s notice. There was secure underground parking, which was a blessing for us.This is possibly the best apartment we’ve ever rented through VRBO, and we’ve been renting all over the world for many years. The price is also more than reasonable for everything this place has to offer. We can recommend it without hesitation, and would rent it again in a heartbeat if we’re ever back in La Maddalena.

Our stay in La Maddalena was wonderful. The house was very clean and comfortable, convenient and with a view on the archipelago that took your breath away. Walking downtown was easy and there were good choices of stores nearby, from supermarket to local fish and cheese stores. The island of La Maddalena is not that big and with a car we were able to visit all the different beaches around, including the ones on Caprera where we arrived driving over a bridge. The owner, Luciano, was incredible. Welcoming, helpful - with suggestions about where to taste typical Sardinia food, and very proactive and responsive when we had an issues with the AC. He was very kind and I cannot speak more highly of him. Our family had a wonderful vacation and I am sure we will be back to your home Luciano. Thanks for everything.

Nell' insieme la posizione è fantastica, una visuale delle isole che ti rimane nel cuore, facile da trovare, l' attico è completo di tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno per poter godere di una vacanza All' insegna del relax.Ci torneremo sicuramente
