Acqua calda, spazi ampi.
Ambiente freddo con solo una stufetta per riscaldare, porte che non si chiudevano del tutto, una presa solo per la stufetta, coperte sporche, niente tende in salotto, giardino incurato pieno di buche, posto auto pieno di rottami e detriti che potevano scheggiare le gomme della macchina, una tapparella non funzionante, staff poco accogliente e sbrigativo, la porta di ingresso del condominio scassata quindi non permetteva la chiusa totale per la sicurezza, pulito all’ultimo lasciando scope e palette in bella vista, estintori appoggiati alla bene e meglio.
