Five-room apartment 6, 8 places with sea view located on the mezzanine floor in a residence of only four newly built units in Padule.
It consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed, an open kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with two beds and two bathrooms and a private courtyard on the back equipped with table and chairs.
The apartment is furnished in Sardinian style and is equipped with everything necessary and is equipped with oven, washing machine, fridge + freezer, TV, kitchen kit, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, water reserve, covered terrace with sea view equipped with table and chairs and private parking space.
There is the possibility of boat mooring on a paid pier at 50 meters.

Appartamento molto bello e confortevole. Arredato con materiali e colori sardi. Le foto del sito sono fedeli, le stanze sono spaziose, il soggiorno molto ampio. Il corti letto interno molto grazioso con vista mare. La strada sottostante è vicina ma non se ne sente il rumore dall’interno.
Cala Gavetta si raggiunge in 15 minuti a piedi.
L’isola è bellissima e vale la pena cambiare spiaggia ogni giorno, a 5 minuti d’auto c’ è punta Tegge e cala francese, il supermercato a 2 minuti.
È stata una vacanza piacevolissima.
Il signor Vittorio molto gentile e premuroso.

Nous avons apprécié le confort de ce bel appartement propre, lumineux, spacieux, fonctionnel, disposant d'une belle terrasse ensoleillée avec vue sur la mer et d'un emplacement de parking situé à l'intérieur des parties privées de la résidence. L'appartement fait partie d'une petite résidence sécurisée (portail avec fermeture automatique) de seulement 2 étages, située dans un quartier calme, non loin du centre ville. Un supermarché et un restaurant sont à proximité. Nous avons bénéficié pendant notre séjour en octobre d'un temps magnifique, idéal pour découvrir ce bel archipel de la Maddalena avec ses plages paradisiaques !
Nous mettons la note de 5/5 pour cette location de qualité dans un endroit tranquille avec toutefois une suggestion à l'attention du propriétaire : Internet et un téléviseur à écran plat seraient les bienvenus de même qu'un salon de jardin avec transats sur la terrasse malgré l'arrière saison. Les températures étant quasi estivales, nous aurions aimé prendre nos petits déjeuners et repas sur la terrasse et nous relaxer sur des transats...Nous recommandons néanmoins cette location pour son confort et son emplacement privilégié.
