Il Borgo dei Mirti

Il residence è in un contesto molto carino. , tra il verde dei prati curati e i fiori. Tenute abbastanza bene le due piscine, ottimo sfogo nel pomeriggio se non si vuole ancora recarsi alle spiagge

L' appartamento avrebbe potuto essere più curato : una persiana in entrambe le camere non si apriva, l' aria condizionata non funzionava al top. Abbiamo dovuto farlo presente, è arrivata una persona ma non è stato possibile fare molto. Manca a mio parere una manutenzione più attenta fatta ad inizio stagione. Il costo è parecchio, quindi ci si aspetta un servizio adeguato.

The complex is very nicely located and well kept. The two pools are nice and clean, it’s very quiet and well maintained. It’s also close to shops and 15/20 minutes walk to the town and very easy to drive to numerous beautiful beaches. Free Parking is also a bonus as a lot of areas are in paying zones. The Prince agency staff Eva and Andrea were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

The apartment itself was dated and in need of some repairs and upgrading regarding furniture and single beds in the second room were uncomfortable and would need replacing. The kitchen is lacking some essential equipment like a kettle, toaster, our oven didn’t have a shelf and overall a lot of mismatching utensils. There was no storage area for the food in cupboards. The hoover requires replacing as it is a glorified brush! The door of the bathroom was broken when we arrived but my husband did a quick fix. The dishwasher door catches the kitchen unit kickboard when opening or closing and this should be fixed. When the dishwasher is turned on and the aircon is running at the same time, the mains power trips and needs to be reset with the aircon off. It would have be helpful to be advised on this. Overall this is a lovely apartment which requires a little bit of TLC to bring it up to better standards. Also a little welcome pack with coffee pods, dishwasher tablet and some essential would be a nice touch.

Nette Anlage und geräumiges Appartment.

Allgemein ein etwas überteuerter Ort, wie alles im Nordosten Sardiniens. Die Betten sind unbequem. Wir haben keine Nacht richtig geschlafen. Warmwasser war aus und Boiler war nicht eingeschaltet. Als jemand, der noch nie so eine veraltete Technik benutzt hat, hat es eine Weile gedauert, bis ich es herausgefunden habe. Alle Balkone sind in den Innenhof gerichtet so, dass man nie unbeobachtet ist. Wenn der Nachbar fernsieht, bekommt man alles unfreiwillig mit. Trotz rund 200 Euro pro Nacht wird zusätzlich wegen allem eine Strafe angedroht wie 30 Euro, wenn man nicht abspült oder den Müll wegbringt.

La posizione, tranquilla e fuori dal caos del centro. Vicina a 2 supermercati. Il borgo è ben tenuto, anche le piscine erano pulite e grandi. L'appartamento dispone di tante comodità: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, aspirapolvere, 2 zone esterne, lavatoio esterno, tutto l'occorrente per cucinare, tante stoviglie, ombrellone, sdraio e sedia da spiaggia, moccio e secchio, scopa ecc..

La pulizia è da migliorare: le lenzuola avevano macchie e peli, le stoviglie erano sporche (ho lavato solo quelle che ho utilizzato e lo sporco è venuto via con poco quindi credo che non siano state pulite prima di essere riposte nel cassetto), c'erano tante formiche. TANTE. ogni giorno sia fuori che dentro, infatti l'aspirapolvere è stato molto utile per questo motivo. Se non fosse stato per la pulizia avrei messo il massimo come voto.
