Buona posizione. Servizi essenziali tutti presenti (compresa culla e seggiolone per i più piccoli). Buona soluzione per famiglia di 4.
Orari di check-in e check-out non friendly. Staff dell’agenzia un po’ freddo. Rumoroso.
Non pulitissimo. Mancanza di tende oscuranti.

Fresh house, barely needed the air condition even when outside temperature was above 30degC! Clean house, helpful and friendly staff from the "imobiliaria prince". Good location could walk to capo testa through a nature trail and enjoy it's several beaches or walk to rena Bianca (small beach in Santa Teresa). Free parking on the property as well as plenty of free parking places on the street.
Sofa bed was fine but could be more comfortable.

La posizione al piano terreno con giardino, il parcheggio coperto, la dotazione per il bagno (vari prodotti per iniziare e una pastiglia di detersivo per la lavatrice) e per la cucina (anche qui spugna e prodotti per lavare le stoviglie).
Scarico del lavandino molto lento e pulsante del wc che tendeva a bloccarsi con continua discesa dell'acqua.
