great restaurant next door
breakfast each morning was very good , great choices available .
close to some of the major sites .
Even although we upgraded to a premium king room it was pretty small
nowhere to put 2 large duffle bags ( luggage)
no fresh water left in our room daily - despite leaving housekeeping a tip each day

Loved the happy hour, the wine hour, the breakfast and location.
The room was very small but to be expected for NYC but was tight with 4 people, 2 cases and a pram

Great location and comfortable bed
One front desk lady was rude, charged for an umbrella that was returned, carpet was wet from the ac when I got into room with zero apologies.
