Great location near the best subway line. The staff was very nice and the room was clean and well furnished
Room was too small for 2 beds and hotel breakfast is very expensive

The location, also the staff were helpful,
Everything was nice, but the rooms are small which is expected from this area, and also I wasn’t able to contact them via e-mail or booking messages before my stay for a request I had there wasn’t an e-mail shown on thier website

The 11 Howard suite at SoHo was huge for the price that we paid for. The suite has a modern design and perfect for big family. The location was also walking distance to subway stations. Thanks to the Howard team for our room upgrade and being helpful during our 3 nights stay. We appreciate it & looking forward to be at 11 Howard again on our next NYC trip!
Nothing that I can think of.

location
very noisy. can hear everything in all and adjoining rooms. We were staying in a double room and its was tiny as was the bathroom. Took over a hour to get rental car from valet.
