It was our first time staying, we enjoyed it. The staff were amazing, so helpful and so sweet, everyone !! We never felt like a burden with questions. We loved the location was well. Will definitely be returning.

It achieved its purpose.

The hotel was easy to access and the facilities were very clean.

I was a bit disappointed in the window view. For the price paid in comparison to others, I would have expected a grander view of the bay and marina, but I got a side view of the city. Though the pool was large and clean, I was disappointed in the pool area. No one providing service or towels. I could have received the same services at a Days Inn.

Great hotel for a weekend work trip.

Great location and right on the marina for a great view. I am sure some rooms might not have such a great view. The location also makes for a great night time walk along the water. The hotel staff was super friendly and room service was quick.

In the two days I stayed, I didn’t find something I didn’t like.

Give Yourself an Island Style Respite!

South Shore Harbor Resort is a true getaway with its view of the harbor and the absolutely decadent food and drink.. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the nearby fitness center is first rate. We simply went for an overnight getaway and felt like we were on an island. It was relaxing and a true respite.

I wasn’t to satisfy

Property (outside)was nice and clean.The room i was 1st assigned to the sink was clogged and backed up with water overflowing.The 2nd room had no microwave,which was an inconvenience.

I think for the price,every room should have a refrigerator and microwave as well as complimentary breakfast. Before being given another room,I was told that someone could have come fix the issue. Which I thought was unsatisfactory for a unsanitized room.

Big rooms but loud

The pool was great and the rooms were huge.!

There was a loud drilling noise at 4am that happened a few times an hour. I think it could have been from the pipes. I mentioned it to staff and there wasn’t much of an apology. It was room 507 or 707 can’t remember exactly.

Resort would’ve been great if it weren’t for our room not being cleaned properly.

Amenities were great & location was fantastic. Customer service was excellent & pool was fun.

Everything was splendid until it came to our room. Although the room, restroom and beds were a great size and comfortable, our room was not clean. All the toiletries and towels had been replaced. There was trash left behind like chip bags, soda cans and tissues all over. We got there so late at night moving was not an option so we were forced to stay. The thought of my sheets not being clean haunted me all night. If it weren’t for that this place would get a 10/10. It’s sad the ball was dropped by our cleaning by crew and completely changed the experience for us.

Location and it used to be a great place to stay. Rooms are very nice and most of the staff are excellent.

My shower was leaking and a/c was not cooling properly. Pool side bar staff were awful! Not paying attention to anyone but their friends (it was obvious) and not even acknowledge me. Very rude. Definitely going downhill

Beautiful weekend resort stay!

The resort is right next to a beautiful marina and everything our stay was a wonderful experience!

My only critique is that I felt the breakfast buffet was overpriced. The food was good and plentiful but feeding a family of 4 at that price was too high.

The pool area is amazing!

I didn’t like the shower. It had no pressure and it would take forever to drain. The a/c wouldn’t get cool enough for us. The first night was good. The second was upsetting since someone was smoking pot on our floor. We had our child with us so that was upsetting, and towards the night someone was smoking it in the pool area. Security walked by but didn’t say anything.

Location was very good. Lots of places to eat close by.

The room was good size. Loved the balcony overlooking pool and marina. The bed was not great, pillows were horrible. Bathroom was ridiculously small and dated.

Location was perfect for our needs.

I've never stayed at a hotel in this price point that side not offer a free continental breakfast. Staff said oh, but ours is a buffet @ $15 per person. We went and looked at it out of curiosity. It looked like every continental breakfast at every hotel we've ever stayed at. Thank goodness we asked another guest the night before if they had tried & liked it or not. They said it was just ok. We stopped at Kroger the night before coming back from the graduation we were there to attend & bought what we wanted for breakfast. A serve yourself buffet with mediocre eggs, some fruit, cereal, toast & the ability to make your own waffle with undercooked sausage & bacon is the very definition of continental breakfast. Calling it a buffet did not make the food better.
