Waste of money

Nothing but the room view. I liked absolutely nothing else.

They didn't even offer breakfast. I waited 4 hours. None got put out. The pool was magically "being cleaned" the entire time I was there. The big lady at the front desk was rude as hell. Excuse my French. But she was no help.no coffee. Only decaf in our room. The TVs are crap. Half the channels don't even work I honestly want my money back I'm so upset with them.

My stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The property was nasty, dirty, and extremely poorly maintained. The beds were hard as a rock, and the entire place felt uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. The staff was even worse. The night-shift employee, Helen, was extremely rude and dismissive. When I asked for towels, she cut me off mid-conversation, ignored me, and helped someone else first simply because they shared her ethnicity. She then told me they were “out of towels” after giving the last set to the other guest. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. They also advertise free breakfast, which is not true at all. Thankfully there was food nearby because the hotel clearly doesn’t care about providing what they promise. To make matters worse, on the night of check-in, they canceled my reservation and tried to make me rebook directly with them at a higher price. That should have been my first red flag. Overall, I’ve never felt so uncomfortable, disrespected, and unwelcome in a hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

See photos, the rooms need to be properly cleaned, there was goo on the sink and bathroom floor. I didn't try to use the bathroom. The first room I got smelled like Marijuana had damaged furniture and the bed looked like someone had just gotten out of it. This hotel is not advertised appropriately and should be reported to the tourist association for Fairlawn.I know I would rather stay in the Falls from now on. This is another reason for me not to come visit this area another poorly maintained hotel.

From floor to ceiling, the rooms I looked at were absolutely filthy. I went into 2 room for about 30-45 seconds each. The carpets were filthy, the curtains were stained, mold around the tubs and sinks, form pads were placed over the mattresses and the sheets were not changed. Bed bugs?? I’d be surprised if they weren’t there!! Even the hallway carpet was filthy. That place should charge by the hour, not by the day. I understand the local health department has been contacted. Oh yeah, the elevators were not working as well.

The location was good.

When I got to the Raddison to check in the room wasn’t ready they asked me to come back and they would call when it was ready but they didn’t. I had to wait in line for about 20-30 minutes to check in. The bed was hard and I like a firm bed but this was hard. I tossed and turned all night and none of us slept well because of how hard the bed was. The shower had mold around the edges. For the price we had to pay I expected it to be much better and cleaner. There was only one elevator working also.

Toilet wouldn’t flush, exposed wires, it was very hot when I first walked in room, air conditioning was very noisy until this morning, light fixture wouldn’t turn on, on right side of bed. Zip ties on curtains to balcony. Microwave smelled of food and was dirty. The room was not cleaned throughly.

When I booked the room it said including breakfast but when I got there, breakfast was not included. The sofa bed was nasty dirty and tore up it had what looked like a bed bug on the sofa bed mattress. On the second night the air conditioning was off it just went out I called front desk they asked if I wanted another room it was too late in the night for that!!! The exercising room only one of the machines worked and it looked like blood was on the machine!! Now I’m still waiting on my 150.$ deposit The bar had no mix for the drinks

The location.

Truly a horrible stay. The whole room, including the carpet and the bed, were damp. Hot water barely worked, tv did not work, air conditioning did not work. Had I not been in an unfamiliar city alone, I would’ve found somewhere else to stay. I will tell everyone to stay very far away from this hotel.

I booked a multi-night stay and unfortunately paid the property directly. The hotel was filthy, the elevators were out of order, and the atmosphere felt unsafe, with several individuals appearing to be under the influence. My room hadn’t been cleaned — it still contained the previous guest’s belongings and dirty sheets. I returned to the front desk within minutes to request a refund. The staff member said he couldn’t authorize it but assured me it wouldn’t be a problem and advised me to call the manager, Jill, the next day. Despite calling daily for a week, I was never able to reach her or get a resolution. Avoid this place.

Dirty,unsafe hotel.

It’s dirty, no towels in the bathroom and they tried to open the door right after we got in the room tried to call customer service on the room to let them know that someone tried to open the door but the phone didn’t work , we decided to book in this hotel because we have a good experience and other Radisson hotels but this one was more like motel 8 , I definitely will never come back really bad experience.

We were booked in a room with a king size bed and pull out couch and the mattress for the pullout couch was stained and the sofa was broken. The mattress went straight to the floor. The air conditioner also did not work well and our room was miserably hot. We also had a pillow that had to be folded up twice to use use and when we asked for another one they didn't have any. We also needed extra washcloths and towels and we were told they didn't have any available u til the following day because they hadn't started the laundry yet. We also saw online that a breakfast was offered and there was literally nothing available to eat. The pictures online looked so much better than our actual experience. We were extremely disappointed

Check-in was smooth, and the desk clerk was pleasant.

The room had one towel and one washcloth for two people. At the time of my evening check-in, the desk clerk indicated that towels, etc., were being laundered. I didn't receive any until the next day. According to text messages, the hotel's policy was to have the room serviced every three days. I stayed two nights, and I think that's awful policy because I had no coffee on the second day of my stay.

A decent enough stay, however, cleanliness of the hotel is an issue & needs to be addressed.

The windows in my room were dirty. I thought the hotel in general was very tired and a little run down. Whilst it was advertised as a no smoking hotel, there was a distinct smell of smoke in the hotel which I noticed on arrival and throughout my stay. Whilst the food was tasty it was way overpriced and the beer I was recommended was overpriced too. In my opinion UU$ 39.19 was extortionate for 2 x beers and a biryani and actually the most expensive meal of my trip, including Cleveland. It was the evening I arrived after a long journey so I decided to eat at the hotel. Had I realised the overpricing and the face the bar closed before 9.30pm I would have taken a short walk to one of the diners in the vicinity. There were children staying at the hotel for part of my stay running about the corridors in the evening making an unacceptable noise who should have been told by staff to tone it down / as should their parents. No consideration for other guests. I was on a floor that would have been within earshot of the open reception / bar area so staff should have been aware.

Cleanliness, the hotel is quite run down. People smoking in the hotel (there was an obvious smell throughout). Overpriced food and drink. The bar closing before 9.30pm.
