Plans got changed due to Winter storm, Only good thing about my plan was stay.

Thought apartment with kitchen was bit pricey. But after looking at their facility it matched price. Nothing to dislike from property and staff.

Overall, I enjoyed the hotel. The location of the hotel and the views were great!

The drive up to Tahoe was long and demanding, so pulling into the hotel amid a snowstorm felt like a true reward. The balcony views were breathtaking, and Lake Tahoe was only a quick 100-yard stroll from the back of the property.

During the night, high winds caused the heater’s pilot light to go out due to the location of our room. Maintenance explained that wind tends to swirl around certain parts of the building during storms. The room was chilly overnight and into the morning, but the heater was repaired and working again shortly after.

Great location. The private beach was awesome, great view and access to snow for the kids. The apartment room was spacious and comfortable. Overall awesome experience.

We had a great room, the view right in front of the lake, and the staff was very helpful, letting us know the amenities and food nearby. All in all great experience, looking forward to coming back and staying there again.

The hotel is outdated.its not for big people the bathroom are small am 230lb and I was having trouble in the bathroom barely fit in there the floors in the room squeak a lot.

Beautiful and restful

We loved the location! It was right on the beach and we were able to be in the hot tub and watch the stars and the waves. We also took pictures on the beach and it was beautiful.

I wish there was a breakfast option but they made up with it by having a kitchen in the hotel room.

Would be reluctant to stay again not my first choice

Nice view/no work out/exercise room/house keeping once every three days! small rooms/only adequate on the quality of matress/was clean though/ small shower bathroom that was poorly refurbished/ (poor grouting and paint job) Would recommend as a last resort/price was reasonable. Guess that they have customers with sticker shock. Once you arrive there is no refund if you choose to go elsewhere. Guessing that they have seen alot of that with customers. Friendly enough staff.

Calm, refreshing, private, wonderful experience.

LOVED the private beach and the accommodating umbrellas and chairs to sit in - these things help to reduce the amount of packing we needed to do so we could just come and enjoy! Staff were so wonderful and friendly. Loved the location. We will definitely be back.

I wish since we were on ground floor that the door key could lock/unlock our patio door instead of just the main. Small detail, but would be nice to go in/out through the patio door and lock from the outside if we wanted to.

We had a great stay and loved the location.

I liked the location. Close to the strip, but not too close. Very peaceful. Loved the view of the lake and the private beach. I was able to barbecue on their grills. The staff was able to accommodate an upgrade for a reasonable price. It was right next to a CVS, Safeway, and little shops to pick up food, drinks, and water apparel. Loved our stay.

Screen door needs rescreening. Time of the year for mosquitoes, so some made it inside. No A/C. Luckily, the weather was nice and not too hot. But that is why you go to the lake.

Idealistic relaxation destination

The staff was phenomenal! We booked through a 3rd party company and there was an issue with our reservations but the staff had us fixed up immediately! Everyone was courteous, the lake side view and private beach was perfect, and we were within walking distance of everything we needed! Definitely recommend this place and can't wait to go back

Had a great time at the beach

The ask was easy access to the beach and Lakeshore delivered. We stepped out of our room and could walk to the beach. Exactly what we wanted. The room has a great kitchen and lots of space in the living area. We liked the lodge decor and the beds were solid. Worked well for our family of 4.

The room was dark and a bit dated. The most challenging part was the bathroom. It was small and the sink was in the common area. Hard to sleep through lights on and hand washing. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, much harder than I'm accustomed to.

Location is excellent! All the rooms have view of lake. They have beach umbrellas and chairs available if you don’t bring your own.
