Although overpriced, it could have been ultra expensive.

The room had spider webs in one corner. There was nothing in the room extra: no lid to the ice chest, no blankets, no pillows, the pillows that were there were the skinniest pillows I've ever seen, and the exhaust fan was so loud I was afraid it would either catch for or wake up everyone else staying there. The guy staying next to us was evidently a long term guest, but was being evicted, so we had to walk around all his stuff to get to breakfast. Breakfast, if you could call it that was the worst I've seen in all the 70+ years I've traveled. There was toast but no jelly. They had tiny bagels, but no way to toast them (the toaster was for full sized pieces of toast). They did have cream cheese packets but I'm allergic to dairy. It was so below the level of continental breakfast, my wife and I went into Charleston to find a place to eat breakfast. The desk charged us $20 extra at check in to supposedly account for anything we might have stole in our one night stay. To be honest, there wasn't $20 dollars worth of stuff in the room to steal. And the kicker is the ice machine was outside at the end of the building. This property fall far short of the Wyndham standards I've come to expect when I travel.

On our second night we noticed that the toilet wouldn't flush and was stopped up I went down to the front desk and asked if they had a plunger it was bout 130am that night so the office was closed but the front desk worker was asleep on a couch I noticed that cause I called the number on the door and saw her get up. She opened the door and I asked her if she had a plunger she had no idea what I was talking about so she googled it and then she looked all over the office I asked her if she would check the laundry room cause I used to work front desk for a hotel before and that where we kept ours and she said no so my wife and I couldn't use the restroom all night so the next morning I saw the house keeper and asked them for one and he said one minute and I saw him go into the laundry room and he brought one right back to me and I plunged it and a minute later it was fixed the girl was new so I told the lady when we was checking out

The front desk person was not rude

There was no breakfast and it was not advertised as so. We were to have a roll away bed and there was none. It was to bea free cancellation room and it was not so. We didn't stay and yet they charged us.

Good parking , easy check in and out

Everything was good wasn’t told the time to check out or what time breakfast started or ended so we missed it I had to ask when check out was. No hair dryer in the holder for one

Only thing I liked about the property was the close drive to the event I needed to be at.

Everything. The rooms smell of cigarettes was SO POTENT. The sheets were stained. The toilet was dirty and had a big bug in it.

They charged $20 when I checked in and said I would get it back the next morning when I checked out but didn’t return the money. When I asked about it they said it would be sent to my credit card but was not received.

Breakfast was not offered

Manager demanded an extra fee for "cleaning" that was not advertised or included in stated rate. Bathroom was not cleaned very well (hair on side of tub), old hole for faucet was not covered, requested a room with a low entry shower due to my disability and was given a room with a tub/shower and could not utilize due to my disability. Manager said that the pre-registration form that I was sent and completed and sent back was never received

there was bed bugs. there was no accommodation. i stayed for 2 weeks didn’t get any refunds or 1 free night. was told it was a cicada and not a bed bug. was also told the manager would be in contact with me.. they ended up bringing the supervisor to cuss me out, kick me out then proceeded to say i could not speak to a manager.

The buildings are spread out and far from the office

Room was clean and refreshed

Mattress not good on one side, outside appearance not good ..not clean entrances, wondered about permanent guest, was it safe?

The room was big

I was charged for 2 extra nights randomly. Never got my money back for them either. When I called, the desk person could not speak English to help out. I called back later and was put on hold and hung up on. When I called back, the phone rang continuously.

Accommodation of staff

Feces that hotel staff never cleaned off of toilet seat. Luckily I carry bleach wipes with me.

Quick check-in, separate entrance, breakfast included. Very spacious room, large bed, separate area with wash basin, large bathroom.

The room looks tired, the wallpaper has been removed from the walls, apparently for renovation. But the repair was never done. The breakfast is very modest.

Great value, very clean and with super nice staff. This hotel was a convenient spot for our stay. They had a waffle iron in the breakfast area, which is very uncommon at this price point.

The rooms could use some minor repairs and updating (e.g. the little fridge in our room was ancient and wobbly). The bed was a bit firm. I almost expected that as most budget motels choose super firm mattresses, so they will last as long as possible. Unfortunately, that sacrifices some degree of comfort.

The staff were great! The bed was comfortable. I had plenty of good pillows. The AC was phenomenal. Anything I needed was taken care of promptly. Pool was clean without being over chlorinated.

Upstairs, no elevator. Really, there is no protein on breakfast offered. Water pressure is ok

The room was clean, plenty of room and the staff was very helpful and nice.

The room smelled of mildew,And the pool was disgusting it was full of green algae and mold,The water levels where low,The pool was just terrible and that was the whole reason we went,Reported to staff and her reply was,"No different than swimming in the river or a creek,But I will report it to maintenence" Well I don't swim in the river or creeks,I paid for a clean pool and it was disgusting.

The beds were very comfortable!

We didnt sleep well all night. Too noisy! There were car alarms that went off all night and the garbage trucks ran around 3:30am.

Nothing was good there

The steps going to the second floor were rusted. I thought I was going to fall thru. The comforter had stains, the room smelled, and the refrigerator didn't work. My food spoiled. The place was gross. The wifi also sucked.

I didn't like for the manager or whoever outside of my room scream to where everybody that was around saw her yell and cuss at me and saying we had to get out of the room I paid for for two nights and tell me I had to get out and get out now cause we was on drugs and doing drugs there which that was false it was alcohol. But if it was drugs it was in our privacy of the room I paid for. Then they didn't give me back the money for the one night I didn't get to stay or my deposit I paid a 148.00 for two nights plus 45 dollars a night per pet plus a 100 deposit and I would like wat they owe me

Close to restaurants and stores Rooms were a nice size
