Very nice experience! The hotel is close to everything and the atmosphere was relaxed.

That it was really close to the mall, spirit Halloween and the Waffle House down below the hotel, we absolutely love staying at the delta

It was the perfect location for my visit with family. There are various stores and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and the staff was friendly as well as professional. The beds were very comfortable. The parking was great.

In March I reserved a room at this hotel for August, I booked through booking .com selecting no pre payment needed, pay at the hotel. The day of the stay as my family was on the way I got a notification to update my payment method within 30 minutes to keep the reservation , I did it immediately. Booking .com sent me my hotel confirmation and charged my card $335. I then received a notification from the hotel that they had cancelled my reservation and booked my room to someone else. Given that it was a very busy weekend my family had no where to stay as all surrounding hotels were booked. The hotel made no effort to assist in this or offer a refund.

The hot tub was grimy and the air conditioning in one of our rooms did not work well.

It was a clean nice room is all I can say.

Well we had people in the next room wake us up at 2:30 am beating on the wall and yelling and talking loud and laughing for almost 2 hours. Plus they had a concert in town and they doubled the price of the room to almost $300 and that didn't even include breakfast. Breakfast was another $12.00 and some change extra per person.When I checked out I told them about the people next door waking us up and making all the noise and all she could say was yeah there was a concert and they probably come back late from the concert that why that's they probably woke you up.Wow really??? I paid $300 to get woken up for 2 hours???

In the light the bed comforters looked stained. The front desk explained it was the feathers that had turned brown. We were given non-down comforters as replacements

The pool was frigid. I liked that there was a hot tub to warm up in after trying to swim. The room was very nice and clean. The hotel was centrally located to what we wanted to do. Lots of shopping around showing was really nice

The room was totally uncomfortable with the temperature. The fan would not shut off. So if it was on cool it was blasting cold air. If it was on heat it was blasting heat. There was no getting comfortable. the persons sleeping in the first bed got the worst of it. shutting off the thermostat did nothing. we complained at the front desk and I don't think that did any good.

I will never stay in any other hotel again other than a Delta! It was the cleanest, most up-to-date, most beautiful facility we’ve ever stayed at. The pool was AWESOME!!

That my credit card was charged without my authorization for the room that I had already paid for prior to arriving.

Staff was rude, next to a strip club so didn’t feel comfortable walking around. We were not allowed to have any water or drinks at all in the pool area. Staff were in the pool and were being sexually inappropriate in front of families

Card issues checking out even though they already charged my card. So they have to call next day too try to fix issue and give back the deposit. 1st night someone was smoking weed on our floor that's all you could smell. We had small children it was insanely strong.

I have always liked this property. Liked the room overall.

My husband wished they offered coffee and to be charged a fee that I would later be reimbursed for without telling me was annoying. Overall good experience.
