The room was very clean and nice and the staff was very nice

Didn't want to do room service staffing were very rude Nats flying bad in in the room

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was gross. There was hairs in the shower, filth on the toilet, and the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in a LONG time.

Nothing fancy. A good place to sleep, reasonable prices, employees are polite and efficient. Rooms are comfortable and a good deal for the cost.

Things they don't tell you before booking. NO BREAKFAST due to construction/remodeling. WIFI was out for 45 of 48 stay which was really an issue bc I work from home and had to call off all day Saturday due to WiFi not working. Was pretty quiet and clean.

We have a pleasant stay but we need more pillows for the bed and make sure to provide facial tissue.

The only quibble I had was with the breakfast, which was slim on choices, though the coffee was good.

Door didnt shut all the way. Tub facet wouldnt shut off, tv wouldnt work correctly, room wasnt clean.

The TV was broken. The breakfast only offered grains, sugar and carbs. No protein options. The Coffee was weak. The room was clean.

Parking lot was a little full at times but overall a decent stay

Strong smell of previous smoking in the room upon entering. Room appeared clean, but did see some bugs (not bed bugs) in the room. Hotel in general is run down and needs some major repairs.

Expedia lost my reservation so I had to spend an hour at the front desk before that was sorted out. Once I got a person on the phone, the issue was solved quickly.

The hotel staff was nice and accommodating, there was an issue with the first room we were given, when brought to front desk with concerns, they gave me a different room, as we were moving into the new room down on same floor, just other end, I noticed they had someone in the 1st room we were given addressing the issue.

There is plenty of places to eat around here but I went to Kroger’s and bought some groceries and wasn’t informed about the light switch on the wall works the appliances and the tv so I go to the from desk on Monday morning telling the lady that the fridge did not work & could she please get someone to come fix it. She said maintenance would be there around 8 that morning I get off work at 4 that evening and went to make me a sandwich and all my food had spoiled. So I go back to the front desk telling them that the fridge was not working & maintenance comes and turns on a light switch..so needless to say if someone would have informed me of the light switch my stay would have been better. They did offer me a discounted price my next stay..also there is ants everywhere in building 3..

I would not recommend this hotel ! Pool was out of order , room was dirty when brought to the staffs attention they didn't not apologize or offer another room or anything . Sprinklers were painted over , no batteries in the smoke detector, dirty syringe in window sill .....need I saw more

Pictures advertised a Bar area.. It’s turned into a slot gambling room by its self..Pool has not been working for over a year. Advertised a hot breakfast. Offered, toast and butter (no jam or jelly), begals and cream cheese, hostess donuts from a bag.. asked front desk for extra towels, to fix the light above the mirror.. and the mini fridge was frosted over .. The only 1/2 Star is what they get after charging me over $500 for 3 days.. THEY FIXED THE FRIDGE..

Room was clean and spacious. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

The area in the hotel, a little sketchy the walls in our room were filthy. Had soda or chocolate milk sprayed all over one side. Breakfast was banana muffin toast coffee was very weak..

Room is spacious. The room did stink of smoke and rubbing alcohol. Also had bugs in the room. Was overpriced for the festival near buy. For regular price would be okay. Good location. Their free breakfast was also a joke imo but better than nothing.

Towels were clean. Sheets were clean and we had hot water. That's the only good things. Pool was closed. Breakfast was 2 bananas, a bag on the counter of hostess donuts, a couple bagels, and 2 cereals. Raisin Bran and fruit loops. Got a bowl if raisin bran only to notice NO RAISINS. it was frosted flakes. Rooms were missing furniture too you could tell when you walked in. They were also VERY stingy with toilet paper. We were there for Rock The Country.
