It cost 20 dollars more than what I contracted to pay.

They charged me an additional 20 dollar room deposit on check-in that they said would be refunded to my bank account and it was not. We did not damage the room in any way, shape or form.

Cochroache infestation, dirty sheets, public hairs in sheets, feces stains on towels, a/c worked on and off. Staff when advised of the issues, did not respond or try to resolve except to replace the sheets and towels had to make own beds.

Avoid this place and the days inn if staying in Barboursville

The room was clean

The receptionist tried to make me pay a deposit and give them my card or they wouldn’t give me my room that I already paid for but booking.com resolved that for me by calling her. The room did not have a mini fridge, coffee maker, iron or safe as advertised. The only plus was the room was clean. I would not recommend staying there or the days in that is on the same lot as they are ran by the same people.

Not a comfortable stay ..

There were holes in the wall across from the bathroom, the towels and washcloths were stained, the pillow cases were stained, the peep hole on the front door was missing, paint chips were on the floor above the TV.a very uncomfortable stay considering my loved one was having a life threatening surgery and you were recommended by St Mary's Hospital.....

Front desk was very rude

When we arrived the front desk gave us a standard room we book a king room . She tried to say that’s what I booked but showed her my confirmation and then told me they had no king rooms unless we wanted to rent superior king for $20.00 extra which we did.

I rented the room for 4 adults, 3 females 1 male we only got 2 towels the whole time there i went and found the man cleaning the rooms to get 2 towels and got in argument over 2 towels which I had to pay for!!!!

Went downhill

It was infested with roaches, the TV, toilet, nor vanity light didn't work. The wifi was so slow I couldn't stream Netflix on it. And it smelled so strong of axe body spray that it was burning our noses. Definitely way below par.

Acceptable if all you need is a bed and shower.

The room was clean and the beds comfortable. No carpet, which was fine since I think that's easier to sanitize. In civilization; restaurants and WalMart, etc., close.

GPS took us to the wrong place based on the address given. Search for Red Roof Inn, Huntington, instead. There were containers for hand lotion, soap, shampoo, etc., but they were mostly empty. The clerk was nice but the language barrier was huge so my questions were met with confusion or ignorance, I'm not sure which. There was no night light and the bathroom fan was connected to the light so you couldn't leave that on during the night. No hair dryer, in the room, or on the premises. Coffee with bare essentials only in the lobby (which was at the front of the building but not well designated).

It was a learning lesson for sure.

We had a place to stay and the location.

Service was terrible, the room wasn’t clean there was hair all over the sheets, the had nothing in the hotel room, the air conditioner didn’t work, the toilet continuously ran, we had to walk across the street to the Days Inn for ice because they didn’t have an ice machine, no refrigerator nor iron at all. Needless to say we will never stay at this hotel again.

4 days, 3 nights, no housekeeping, stingy with the towels and pillows. The "lounge" chair in the room was bottomed out. The beds felt slanted to one side. Paid for "superior" room. Ha! Superior my white rear end... This place sucked. Never again...
