Quick and easy check-in and check-out.

Check in was smooth and easy. Staff was pleasant and quick. Facility was clean and quiet. Centrally located to all of my appointments. I would highly recommend this facility.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke. The hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Go figure.

I think Booking.com should investigate whether this hotel tries to book rooms that have already been reserved, if they think the person who reserved it will not show. I pay great attention to the dynamic of paying to have the right to cancel. Sometimes I pay extra for that. For the last 2 stays at this place, they have called me the evening of my arrival, when I was driving, to ask if I was coming. Both times, I had reserved the room, and would lose the price of my 1st night of stay. So, I believe they are looking to rent rooms when people do not show up, and collect both the penalty price and the extra price they charge for the new guest. I don't like being called and asked if I'm coming when I have paid to come. They also mention that at 3AM, they can repurpose the room. Are you aware of any of this?

There was a flaw in the celling over the shower that should be repaired. It does not look good at all. Kinda creepy. The paint on the exterior door to the bathroom should be painted a more brighter tropical color. The color on there now gives and old brabby feeling. Makes you feel closed in. A lighter color will go more with the room

Very noisy,, I requested my room to be cleaned by putting out their sign however my room WAS NIT cleaned, My reservation was cancelled not sure by whom, and I was forced to cut my stay by 1 day as the room I paid for In advance was not available and would not cover the room available (I booked a king for $246 and they gave me 2 queen and wanted me to pay 150mire.The purpose of my visit was to visit both my grandchildren and my great grand grandchildren and missed out on my 10 year olds great granddaughters bc baseball tournament on SUNDAY as my drive home was 6 hours. I am almost 70 years old traveling alone and not comfortable driving at night.

I question the 2&1/2 stars it had on booking.com. It is more like 1-star.

$150 incidentals fee immediately charged uon check-in, refund allegedly comes several days after checkout. Signs posted all over the check-in lobby about fees for this and fees for that, including prices charged for stolen linens, and so on. I felt like I was entering a high security prison, accentuated by the huge plexiglass screen completely surrounding the check-in desk, Is this hotel located in a high-crime area? The bath sink does not fit the counter top. It was mounted close to, but not directly to, the counter top. The remaining half inch gap between sink and counter was filled with silicone sealer that was peeling away, leaving holes, and it was dirty. The sink faucet was loose in the counter top. The carpet had been recently cleaned and was still wet in spots. When walking from the carpet onto the tile floor in the bath the first time, the soles of my shoes were wet and I did not realize that. I slipped on the tile floor and nearly fell down. Breakfast consisted of three options - waffle mix in a pouch to be used in questionable waffle irons, two kinds of children's cereal, and a bowl with a few apples. No eggs, no bread of any kind, The orange juice was watery thin. The entire hotel spoke of cheap owners excessively cutting corners everywhere they could. The only upside was that the bed was actually comfortable.

Staff was friendly. Check-in was fast. Room was clean and spacious. Location was perfect for my needs, easy to find on main street. Plenty of options of food around and close gas. Breakfast was a nice touch to wonderful stay! Parking was great and very accessible. Grounds were well kept. Thank you!!

Substandard, poor stay, worthless breakfast, bad area

The security of lobby door being locked after entering

Called and paid in advance for the room about 12pm the day of check-in to have them check my sister (with health problems) in since I was going to arrive after, was told not a problem, that my card went through and the person wrote down her name. She ended up waiting for an hour for me to arrive since the staff forgot to share it with the next shift. Thankfully the front desk person allowed her to stay in the lobby, since she kept it secure by keeping the door locked, were some shadey men in the parking lot. Got woken up several times during the night by guest in the room above ours, walking around loudly in their room. Went down for breakfast at 7:30, there was no staff at the front desk to assist. Didn't realize the waffle iron wasn't on until after pour batter in it. It never warmed up and I left half a burned waffle in it. There was no protein option other than high sugar yogurt. Other than that, instant coffee out of a machine. Orange juice machine was empty. Only had apples and high sugar cereal as other options. Staff got there late with wet hair and started looking in the cupboards for the orange juice. We ended up going across the street to McDonald's for breakfast. We travel a lot and this hotel is not on our list for future recommendations.

First off I didn't like there was a 100.00 deposit fee that booking .com dosent tell you about. You find out the day you check in at the front desk.....the room smelled like straight up dogs. Flies were all in the room. The carpet was wet. There was a big red stain on the carpet ( wasn't sure if it was juice or blood). When I stripped the bed there was brown and red stains on the mattress.

Inexpensive filthy Repulsive half broken motel

Fresh and simple breakfast was tasty, tiles in the bathroom were pretty, room freshly but sloppy painted, good size flat screen TV clean sheets and towels well working AC decorations matched the room

Room smelled horrid. Homeless person threw up right outside our door and it was never cleaned up. Curtains covered in brown stains. Broken furniture, no closet and nothing to hang suits and dress on. Dangerously slippery shower that didn't have a mat or anything to hold onto. Broken toilet seat , no way to get fresh towels, filthy rug room door had a large gap between the doorway and bottom of the door. Top of that door was bent inward also with a gap. It did not appear secure. Large stains on chair. Dirty bedspreads. Fridge froze everything or shut down there was no in between Broken ironing board

The location was horrible. Lots of homeless people. Drug deals and maybe prostitution in the parking lot. Trash everywhere. It felt really unsafe. I knew it wasn’t by Napa because I know the area some. But it’s definitely false advertising to say it’s Napa area too. I wasn’t going to Napa but I feel like that’s messed up to advertise that way. The breakfast was sparse. No one gave us any new towels the whole three day stay.

Upon checking in, the staff was friendly and approachable. The site was well lite at night. The site set in the middle of a block surrounded by a lot of food options.

Disappointing

Dirty room.. we got there on Thursday left on Sunday and didn’t even get new towels, room didn’t get clean not even a day, when we asked why our room wasn’t getting clean they just told us that the rooms get clean every Thursday.. garbage stayed inside til Sunday.. not happy with that. We have stayed in others hotels and comparing the stay at Quality Inn it was just too much money paid for really bad service ..
