Homeless people outside my room. Loud music not nice area room was weird desk tv in the middle of the room. I paid $50 extra for water view and did not get a.wznt my $50 back!! Not enough towels. Need to make sure homeless people are not coming in for breakfast. Ghetto. Not wjat i expected dirty balcony table looks like some one used for target practice it had bullet holes

The gentleman doing breakfast was fast, friendly and efficient. The carpets where dirty. The tables in the dining area where sub-par at best. Not enough tables thst actually weren't falling apart and more chairs Big piece of tile in bathroom off And a crazy women 2 nights in a row screaming at 2 to 3 am I stay at Hamptons all the time and this was by far the dirtiest.

TV was not set up and asked for a room switch. Front desk promised to follow up, but never did. Spoke with GM who promised to issue a 20% credit with Hotels/Expedia, but I don't see if reflected in my account. I ended up watching tv on my tiny cell phone!

Bed was very comfortable. The A/c was extremely loud. I don’t know how, but hotels need to figure out how to quiet that horrendous noise, especially for the middle of the night. Breakfast was available but the kitchen area and dining area were dirty. No one washing tables or cleaning the floors.

Would not recomend, got put in a wheelchair accesable room, although we didnt request one. The shower head was broken, if a person in a wheel chair had to use that shower it would be almost impossible. Numerous red stains on carpet, exposed wires under the fire place, could be potentially dangerous if kids are in the room. The employees are very nice though, i think the employees are doing the best they can, for situation managment put them now.

I liked the location. The small town of Suisun City is nice although not a lot to do there. I did not like how run down the hotel was. Ants in the bathroom, and no ant bait available (I asked). All the metal in the bathroom was rusted. Wall paper everywhere in the room is peeling. Fridge also freezes EVERYTHING. TheAC works great. The coffee during breakfast was good, not weak.

This hotel is well kept and clean. The staff from the front desk to the room keepers where friendly helpful and respectful. Freeway access is great and there is plenty of places near by to chose from to eat.

Warm welcome for our anniversary weekend trip to visit family - never knew this place existed! Because of the location, there is a nice breeze cooling off the otherwise very warm area. The only thing is that the water view is of what is known as the Suisun Slough, which is brackish water - so it's not clear & beautiful to look at, like many other waterviews. But I'd stay there again - it's also located near the Jelly Belly Factory and "old" Suisun/train depot, so that it's very quiet, away from the hustle & bustle

Hands down one of the most “used” properties I e ever stayed in. The room carpets were so sticky our shoes stuck to them when we walked. The a/c in the room was working at about 50% capacity. Called front desk to report. Maintenance men came up and unfortunately spoke no English. The problem was not resolved over the three day stay. Broken ice machine on the 3rd floor with wires exposed. Worst part of all was bunched up hallway carpets on our floor. Unable to roll suitcase smoothly over the bumpy carpet. When asked we were told it was being stretched back out the following day. Never happened. The water view is about the best part of this hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This property came across as “icky” at best.

I booked a nights' stay to be near mother who was being admitted to boarding care. There was a glitch in her transfer and I was unable to modify my reservation to the new admissions date. Lost my reservation and money, and was charged even more money for a new reservation. Hotels.com said it was a hotel policy; the hotel said it was hotels.com.

I really enjoy my stays here at this Hampton. I've stayed here twice now, and have been happy both times. I love the property, the area is nice and safe in my opinion. Very clean atmosphere in the hotel lobby and in the rooms. Great pool and spa! If I'm in the area I'll stay here again.

We were greeted with an "upgrade" even though it was already the room reserved. Upon walking in found the AC down to a chilling 60°F which was bittersweet. The view was phenomenal and overall a great stay but not sure what was meant by "Soundproofed" when neighbors could be heard partying and the door was in need of adjustments being tough to open and close while also allowing hallway light to shine through.
